We have used FlowFiz before. Colette runs the Office. She answered my message very quickly and let us know when Dave would arrive. Dave is a very professional Plumber. He arrived on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed the problem immediately and explained to us. We were very happy. I must say also that Dave is very social and extremelly helpful.

Colette and Dave are awesome. In my line of work I've had to call a plumber for advice a few times, and Flowfix have always been super helpful and responsive. If I ever need a plumber, they will be the first people I call.

We had a problem with our toilet leaking, they were onto it with a new tap, then l noticed it was leaking from another place, rang and they were there the next day to fix it, they left and l noticed it was still leaking, they came back that afternoon and changed a washer and that solved the problem, very happy its fix and happy with the work they did.

Had a serious blocked down pipe and needed the Hyperjet to unblock it. Company had instant communication and was able to perform the job only 5 hours after my initial call for help. This rapid response was amazing. On time, polite and courteous workers. Will definitely use again.

Our shower handle snapped off (with the water running), so had to turn the water off at the street main, meaning there was no water in the house. These guys came within 2 hours and sourced a new fitting. Impressed with the service delivery (after trying another plumber who said they could come in two days!)

Friendly customer service and easy to book through their website. Plumber onsite within 3 days, friendly and thorough with the job. Explained what they did, this is so helpful and not all trades people do this. Gave recommendations for something else as well. Would absolutely recommend.

FlowFix plumbing did an amazing repair work on the toilet cistern replacing the inlet valve. They cleaned up after the install. They even reversed the washer on the outside tap at no cost. I would recommended them to anyone who asks me.

We required an urgent repair job. Flow Fix were the only company that responded to us immediately in the evening. Our water heater was leaking and we had Bookabatch Tenants arriving by midday the next day. Flow Fix turned up in the morning and carried out the Repair work immediately Including replacing a new part. The urgent call out rate was very reasonable and the friendly ‘can do’ attitude right from the outset was awesome. We were most impressed, appreciative and would highly recommend.
