A great job, Nathan arrived on time and very swiftly unblocked a drain that I had clogged by putting eggshells down the waste disposal.

I had tried using a plunger and drain cleaner but had had no success. Nathan not only unblocked my drain but also gave me a lesson on how it should be done (Hint. Block off the waste disposal and overflow and plunge gently. And its the upwards movement that clears the drain, not the violent plunge. Best done with two people).

So an expensive lesson but a job well done!

FlowFix came out really quickly on a Friday afternoon to an increasing leak in the kitchen. The plumber was friendly and professional and fixed everything pretty quickly. He also looked a bit further than the original leak to make sure the other items were still in working order and thus found some more cracks and avoiding further damage. Highly recommended!

Great response on a holiday weekend, when a pipe burst and water everywhere. Sorry to disturb the sleep-in! Fixed and sorted.

Major leak in bathroom. Were at my property within a couple of hours. Leak in wall of bathroom Plumber attempted to fix issue by going in through my Office wall into bathroom. Tryed really hard to not destroy the bathroom walls In the end had to cut into white wet wall lining He cut the hole and fixed the leak in the wall. Was impressed how he has fixed the small hole in bathroom. You have to know what's happened to know it's there. We arranged for Flowfix to install a new shower, and washtub. They were prompt with giving a quote which was reasonable and worked around our timetable. Before the job could be finished, we experienced a major water pipe leak under the concrete driveway. They came promptly and replaced the faulty pipe work from the road to the house. Very efficient.
They then continued with the installation of the internal plumbing. The staff were efficient, friendly and professional. A pleasure to work with.

FlowFix are not only great at their job (they tracked down & quickly repaired the source of our leak) but are great communicators. We had an almost instant response to our initial request for service. They confirmed appointment times and contacted us when delayed a short time due to an emergency job. Easy to deal with and a very professional approach to their business. We were very impressed & have already recommended them to a neighbour.

Toilet was old, loud and inefficient with poor water usage so was replaced with more modern, quiet, dual flush loo. Nathan did a great job including clean up. Will use FlowFix again. Customer service is excellent.
