I am very happy with the service Mark provided this morning. He was easy, unobtrusive and efficient. I am looking forward to the next consultation.

We have been to several Podiatrists over the years as our family have flat feet. Mark was by far the best we have seen. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a very clear path forward.

Easy to find the clinic. At the time I arrived there is no receptionist but to wait. Podiatrist is warm and helpful. Informative and friendly.

Initially I spoke with a woman on the phone from the call centre in Tauranga. She was very lovely, cheerful and patient whilst helping me to make an appointment. I wish I could remember her name so I could properly commend her great customer service today. I met with Mark at the clinic. He was super chill and a great guy to be around. Helped me relax and made me feel comfortable. Engaged me in conversation about our travels around the South Island and made the process feel like we were just having a beer together. Great team all around and will be my first contact should I need you in the future. I do hope these comments get passed onto staff so they know they’re doing a grand job.

Mark is super knowledgeable and friendly. He gives practical advice and checks in on how previous treatments are working. I really like going to see him and have recommended him to others.

Both the receptionist and podiatrist were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed by the podiatrist's knowledge and customer service. I was kept informed about everything throughout my appointment and had any questions I asked respectfully and clearly answered.
