I was having fatigue problems with my feet and paid $130.00 or so for a report / consolation that was 98% of information that I had provided and a diagnosis of planar fansits which is as easy to identify as a runny nose. I was told down the line I might need corrective surgery.and when I asked how they would correct this they offered me a of the shelf semi custom footbed $300 + and when I asked how they would work out the negative for my arch support I was asked what I ment by "negative detail"? I had to explain the gap between my arch and the base of the shoe! The plan was to 2d trace my foot with pen and paper and it would be sent away to grab a foot bed off the shelf that would be a good match for me. I found thier approach to be very un scientific and declined the offer to purchase a footbed from them. I have since been to another specialist and am so happy I did, they were amazing and the use of Gait Analysis is incredible. The statistics and CUSTOM footbed were made in a 3d approach for me exactly. Not just a semi good fit from an of the shelf product.
I am writing this honest review so other people have more information before they choose this option as personally it was far from what I expected.

Great staff from the call centre to the receptionist to the podiatrist. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.
Call centre lady was great - warm and friendly and helpful.
Lucy at reception helped me find the parking and was kind enough to stay on the phone to assist.
Anita was fabulous - really professional and I felt valued and cared for. Way better consultation than I was anticipating. Thanks for not being mean about my funky feet!

Very friendly, lovely and professional lady who was very knowledgeable. Easy parking would highly recommend. Beautiful office and views too. Very clean

Parking was convenient and easy, the appointment was on time. Anita was attentive, asked relevant questions, glued my insoles where they had become unstuck and made helpful suggestions as to where I might find orthotic shoes to meet my needs. Overall a pleasant experience!

She is excellent at her profession she is a great Lady and am looking forward to seeing you again as my nails look great thank you do much and the Price was right too keep up the great work you deserve the praise my friend

Highly recommend Seeing Dr Anita Beerapu for any foot issues. She is so friendly you can talk freely with out judgement.

No parking information received on email received on 11 February and on appointment reminder email on 27 February which was somewhat frustrating when coming to a busy location.

Diviya was awesome - really clear about the steps I need to take to rehab from my injury and very positive about my chances of recovery. Made me feel a lot better about a chronic problem.

Divya was amazing, she assessed my daughters feet, Her manner was professional and kind. There was no doubt about her expertise and well thought out and achievable options to solve my daughters feet issues. Follow through was also offered.
All in all a good experience i feel happy we taken the correct treatment for happy feet.

From my initial phone booking through to paying at reception as I left my entire experience was pleasant and reassuring. Parking was clearly described in my email and easy to locate in the basement.
I enjoyed the gentle, thoughtful and respectful way in which the podiatrist related to me as she cared for my neglected feet. I came away feeling very good.

My information and injury status were clearly and thoroughly collected. Everything was explained well and I was clear on what we were doing and why it was relevant/important.

Divya is a lovely personality, very friendly and most helpful and knowledgeable. Pleased I came to her clinic.

Hi. I feet needed attention. (Not really an emergency) The staff were fantastic. Told me what was wrong and what was happening as my feet were being worked on. A good, quick and efficient appointment. Sorted my problem for now. $10 discount. Cannot complain. Thanks to the team Changed my day!

Great reception from the lovely frontline lady Lucy and awesome Foot Specialist, Divya Arora whose caring professionalism was totally correct in my diagnosis and treatment plan. I obtained pain relief on the first day. Would definitely recommend Foot Mechanics, Greenlane, Auckland.
