Foot Mechanics Podiatrist St Johns (formally Footworks Podiatry)

I have foot pain for a while, I visited Dr Keegan Pook, he is excellent, knowledgeable. He asked me a lot of questions and checked my feet carefully, and explained why and how they occurred etc.all details to me. Hope I will cure soon under his careful treatments.
And the customer officer Lucy Peka provides excellent services, she is very kind and patient to patients too.
Clean, tidy and comfortable clinic, and there are many car parks free for patients.
I give Foot Mechanics St Johns 5 out of 5 stars.

Great understanding of the trials of Auckland traffic.
Running a few mins late and having to navigate past a car accident made us a few mins late for an orthotic fitting appointment.
Made to feel relaxed as understanding of the situation, thankfully. Good communication of the treatment, however recommend writing down treatment plans ie timing to wear new orthotic. As a teacher, I know it best to have somewhere it is written. An email is great so folk can go back and check what you said.

Highly recommend the St John's clinic. All the staff are super friendly and genuinely lovely and professional. They give great advice and are very helpful overall

Keegan did a fantastic job explaining what was going on with my daughter's shin pain and he took a pragmatic approach to initial treatment (orthotic) to allow her to carry on in the interim with a plan to remedy for the longer term later. He made her feel at ease and comfortable (Keegan doubles as a pretty good receptionist as well).

Keegan was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He had a great relaxed but professional manner and answered my many questions. I would recommend him to friends

Friendly staff but there was nobody at reception, so the Podiatrist had to also do the bill at the end. She did a great job, and was also very approachable and open to questions during the consult. My son felt very comfortable to ask questions and she was clear in her explanations as to what would happen next. Offered options as well. Excellent experience and hopefully money well spent. Hopefully he will win the shoes as he will need if he gets the surgery and needs to rehabilitate afterwards for his football. Thank you.

From day one speaking with the young lady in making my appointments was helpful and friendly. My specialist Keagan Pook was thorough, easy to understand, helpful made me feel very comfortable in working through my ailment in by left foot. All is going well and with this has advised that if I have any further troubles to contact him at any time. He sent me away with a plan to follow to keep the improvement up with my foot until it becomes 100%

Keegan was excellent and related very well to my teenage daughter. He was professional, friendly and didn’t tell my daughter she needed to stop doing what she loves most - dancing. Instead he offered solutions and was very encouraging of all her goals.

I had an amazing experience today. The appointment started on time, I was greeted by James Baxter who thoroughly listened to my problem, he then explained in detailed what has happened (in medical terms) and how can I be supported to get better. I left the appointment happy, hopeful and with a sense that I am being looked after. It made my day.
