Brian Koh was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. Really happy with my experience.
Brian was really great at explaining what was happening with my foot, what we can do going forward and setting a realistic expectation for my future of running going forward. He managed to explaining things in a way that was technical but i could easily understand. It was a really help full first session.
From reception to specialist to podiatrist, very happy with prompt appt times, appt made on short notice. Staff are wonderful.

The receptionists were lovely and the email system worked well.
Had to make several calls to receive my exercises and the call center was often busy and didn't answer.
Facilities were great. However, couldn't find any "Foot Mechanics" signage so it was difficult finding the office from the car park.
Brian Koh was great. Very knowledgeable and gave me confidence I was in good hands. 10/10 would recommend.
Enjoyed the interaction and the knowledge sharing. Good interaction between the podiatrist and the student who was doing evaluation
It was great, very informative, and explained things so we could understand. Came away with a clear understanding of all feet issues and what exercises were needed for all 3 issues Ella had. Couldn't have asked for anymore.
I saw James Baxter today, I sprained my ankle a few months ago & am still having pain in my foot. James listened to what happened and I came away from the consultation feeling he can help me get back to my active life after wondering if I'd just have to live with the problem. I'd recommend him to anyone having foot problems. Great service from all the staff at St John's. Mary J

Brian was absolutely incredible.
My appointment started on time and he was very welcoming and friendly.
He addressed every issue I had and looked into each problemt thoroughly. He was able to answer confidently every question I barraged him with and I felt very comfortable that I was in good care.
