Future Energy were fantastic to deal with through the whole process. Right from the first meeting with Jared, through to inspection and installation - the team was helpful, informative, professional and efficient. We are really happy with the work they have done and would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Future Energy has been really impressive from start to finish. They did a thorough analysis of our power usage, listened to our concerns and offered viable solutions. Thanks to FE we now have a beautifully quiet air conditioning unit, and some highly efficient solar panels on the roof. It's very exciting to see on the app how much of our power now comes from solar!

Had a ducted AC system installed in our house and an existing heat pump relocated. These guys were absolute professionals, advising us frankly on the best solution and the back office were also excellent communicating and arranging the visits to site. Their team leader was great to deal with and the installation team was brilliant - did a cracking job and the product works perfectly. They managed around us while we were all at home and did a great job of cleaning up as they went. Highly recommend this company.

Had a 6kW Panasonic AC unit installed in an apartment complex. I was impressed with the aesthetic finish and the solutions the install team on the day suggested to get around some of our hurdles. The installation was very tidy, the unit was tested and worked well before the team vacuumed and left. Will be purchasing more AC units for sure!

- 6 units installed across 2 properties.
- Main installer did a great job.

- Other staff took off twice delaying the install.
- Didn't recommend better option where it was needed.
- Drilled hole in wall without checking other side and just about drilled into drain pipe.

- CEO provided a good solution and swap out.

- One unit stopped producing cold air.
- Called for service, person never turned up and days later no call to rebook or apologise for not turning up.

When you are spending good money on great products and get poor customer service it's very difficult and stressful.

Future Energy team was great at proving the service and product we needed. Our ducted system is working perfectly. We had a few bumps on the way but the issues were quickly addressed by their team. The team who installed the system went the extra mile to make sure we had the installation done as soon as possible, they even came here on a Saturday to make sure every part was working as it should. I also need to mention that our roof space was a bit limited but Future Energy technicians found a great solution for us. Thank you!

Gavin and his team did a fantastic job of installing our electric vehicle charger. Our house has extremely difficult access to get the wiring from the lower level of the house, down through the floor, and up another level to the garage. The job was done very efficiently with minimum drilling into walls, and a totally tidy and inconspicuous finish. Thank you so much!

I wanted to get a heat pump installed but wasn't sure where to start, very glad I emailed Future Energy. They responded promptly and assessed my space for the best heat pump. They gave me multiple options (from multiple companies) for the heat pump and showed me multiple places it could be installed. Installation was scheduled two weeks after the quote, and the heat pump installed in one day, despite the challenges of working with an older home. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Would definitely use their services again!

We had a ducted heating/cooling system installed. The team was professional and managed to do it all in just over a day. We are thrilled to have it in time for summer!

(1) The Electrician, Gavin is professional, innovative and punctual. Thanks Gavin.
(2) The Installer, Steve was late for about 45mins, broke the Gib board wall while drilling so had to install the indoor unit lower to cover the crack in the wall. He also dropped his tool/drill attachment from a height and broke one of my decorative bricks. Steve used a bigger drain pipe which is less flexible and larger in diameter; when asked he said someone took his flexi drain pipe so he just brought the bigger diameter ones. If he knew he did not have it, then he could have acquired/bought it before coming for installation and not bring the bigger size and less flexi type! Steve was in a rush; copper tubes were cut tightly stretched to connect to the outdoor unit with no allowance for outdoor unit movement (potential leak could happen at stretched joints) ; and the vacuuming process was only 2-3 mins without waiting for possible fluctuation in leak test. Overall, Steve the installer did a poor job! (5 Stars for Gavin but Zero Star for Steve).

Consultation and quote process was quick and painless-their prices were the best out of 3 different quotes. They were honest about their long lead time to installation date of my 2 floor mounted Panasonic heat pumps due to demand (about 6 weeks). I waited my turn-communication with the sales guy who sold me this package was not easy. I had to contact their office directly (I guess he was very busy). Installation day finally came. The team arrived a little late. It was going smoothly until later in the afternoon, when a human error mistake by the lead installer rendered one the floor units unserviceable. Also, the operational unit had a very noisy outside unit-I was NOT happy. From there on I was dealing directly with The Operations Manager, Alastair. The communication via Alastair was very professional and courteous. However, the technician who came to replace my damaged floor unit and investigate the noisy outside unit was NOT. Now I was just angry. My complaints to Alastair were taken seriously and he arranged another team to deal with my dissatisfaction with their supplied products and service. This team was great and professional-explained what they were doing and how it could possibly rectify the noisy outside unit. The recent lockdown levels did add to the overall long rectification time (from late July till early October). The jobs are now "completed", but I am still WARY of the performance and noise levels of the outside units supplied as we use these Panasonic heat pumps going forward. They do have a 5 year warranty-I shall not hesitate to contact Future Energy if either one starts misbehaving. I am sure The Operations Manager, Alastair will not be surprised to hear from me. Overall, just 3 stars to Future Energy for their "recovery" of what could have been a disastrous Customer experience. Just ONE Star to Panasonic for manufacturing such poor quality outside units.
