Highly highly recommend these guys, very professional, they did what they said they would.in quick time, no mucking about, came in, did the bussiness, and left a very clean site. Any furniture that had to be moved was replaced where it should be, all areas left clean as a whisker. Right from the first phone call the team at Future energy have been great to deal with. The quoting, scoping and installation process has been smooth and professional all the way. Doing a whole house heat-pump system is an investment to be sure – but they are competitively priced and were careful to provide objective information about the different brands that they stock.
Installation day was easy, and the crew on site were respectful, clean and tidy as well as careful and professional.
This is a company who obviously know that the little details matter, and after consistently good interactions with a number of staff I had total peace of mind.
I'm glad I went with these guys, and I'd certainly encourage anyone else to give them a go too.
