We got our car (rear end of the boot) fixed with Gemini through my insurance (accident). I feel like gemini went above and beyond with our car though! They cleaned the wheels as well as vacuuming the front seat floors too! The car looks great, thanks!

The least place to get the work done. It does not seem that staff communicate each other, at the end of the day, nobody is responsible. Very professional. Hence, will never recommend this place to others.

The store asked me to pick up my car when it closed at 5 p.m. I found a huge screw in my front tire just outside the store. When I called back, they were out of working hours. When I called them next morning, they had already denied it, saying I had done it myself on the way. They said there wasn't a screw in the store. The garage has no screws. Is that reasonable? The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and kept repeating that I had done it myself. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. All in all, after six days of repairs, I don't think the service here is professional. I hope you guys will be careful when choosing the repair shop.

I've used this company on a few occasions, and each time, they have been excellent, highly professional and have completed their job to a level where you wouldn't know any repairs had even taken place.

So my car was nice and clean for me at pickup and technically the job was done (two side doors being replaced). But the door wasnt able to open without clipping the top plastic rain cover and i couldnt get out of my car without braking it off. That and there was a scratch on another door included in the claim that was not touched at all.
I also did not expect my uber driver provided (free tho thankyou) to not even notice that he pulled out in front of another car.so pleased to have my car back.

Gemini staff were unfailingly friendly, communicating promptly and clearly. Had to wait several weeks for a booking that included a courtesy car, but it was worth it - tidy and zippy. My own car looked so much better once returned.dings gone and clean! Can't speak highly enough of the service

Since there was only one loan vehicle, I had to wait more than 4 weeks to receive the loan vehicle and repair my vehicle. Also, I did not like the part that the company decided to hire without consulting with me when to return the loan vehicle, but the repair was completed sooner than the company expected, and the condition of the vehicle was satisfactory. Recommended for vehicle panel beat and paint work.
