I chose Gemini to repair my Audi as they were a recommended repairer by AMI. Their customer service was top-notch. The ladies at the reception were amazing and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from any repairer. Their Uber service is also fantastic. Their turnaround was very quick - only four days to replace a door. I had to go back to get the lock working again, but it was no biggie. Gutted I can’t use them as my repairer for another damage to my car now as the damage to my car is probably too severe and it isn’t accepted under their criteria: (

Located in Rosedale Albany, Gemini is hand down one of the best insurance repair centres that I have ever used in my life. With excellent reception service and two ubers that are presented to you, travelling to the centre is a breeze.
The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful, and very fast on their feet. I had an BMW X5 repaired cosmetically here within a week.
As Gemini serves all part (inout) of AMI, anyone within the circle than claim insurance repairs here. Would absolutely recommend!

Exceptional customer service with your throughly professional reception team of Trudi and Chanelle. They are an asset to Gemini!
To add icing to the cake - when I discovered a rear reflector was missing after the repair -even though they could not find it and we dont know for sure where or when it came loose, they ordered another one and replaced it with no charge. Well done Gemini!
