Godfreys Waitakere

I was at the at the Henderson store yesterday and found the gentleman there extremely helpful and he made me realize the vacuum cleaner I was going to throw out was perfectly all right so I’d like to say it was excellent service and I’ll go back there anytime.
Totally recommend the excellent service from this gentleman.

Came in the store today with my husband we were surged by Anuj. A+ customer service very friendly and helpful he helped us to choose the right vacume and we are happy with it. Keep up the good work

Terrible! At store until 9: 30 AM and still not open when opens at 9 AM!
I called customer service, and the call cut out no answer on three more attempts.
I then got through 10min later and was told to go to the New Lynn store (no thanks).

Excellent service and they honored my return purchase for a refund on a $1300 vacuum within the same day. Extremely happy and they will give you a great deal on quality vacuums!

I retract my earlier positive review to leave this one instead. This is not against Tony the sales person, as he could only operate within the boundaries put in place by Godfreys policy.

**DO NOT BUY the "iVac pure fresh steam mop" IT IS A FAULTY PRODUCT THAT THEY CONTINUE TO SELL**

We purchased this product last year based on recommendation from Godfreys but had to return it after only a few months due to a fault. We have since had to send the mop away twice for repairs (up to 3 weeks each time) as they would not offer a replacement. We had to drive back and forth to the store 4 times, which was a massive waste of our time and petrol, only to finally be told this mop is actually a faulty model that cannot be repaired. They refunded the mop but refuse to refund the $55 mop head replacement pack despite selling it to us knowing full well this mop is a flop, which added insult to injury due to the fact that all of this time, effort and cost ultimately fell back onto us as the customer.

The product is still for sale now even though it is known to be faulty. They offered a swap for another "great" steam mop, the "bissell select steam mop". This product appears to have positive reviews upon first glance, on the harvey norman, godfreys and Bissell websites. However they are mostly fake reviews, check productreviews.com.au for the real reviews. They are not good. Overall I have lost trust in Godfreys service after being mucked around and will take my business elsewhere from here on.

Feel free to call me if you would like to offer the $55 refund after all and I can revisit this review.

This brach should deserve a zero star, ordered to get a part of my machine a month ago, told that I would get a call from them once parts are in, came back after a month later for it, different person said nothing came in because I didn’t pay for it first, very bad attitude, how hard is it to order a part when there are no costumer at all in the shop most of the time, and what kind of after sale service is this, only bought the machine for a year only not asking for any warranty willing to pay for a new part, this brach seriously need more training on the staff

The Henderson store was excellent. Tony helped us make the choice most suitable for our specific needs. Excellent and sharp customer service and great advice. Much better than our experiences at larger stores ranging a range of household appliance. If you are looking for a Vacuum cleaner, would highly recommend Godfreys store.

So extremely happy with the amazing service and help we had with Tracy, she knew all the information we needed and didn't pressure us into anything and really took her time showing us the products.we ended buying a steam mop and a carpet cleaner and there both so amazing and work so well - we've never seen our carpet and floors so clean! Great business to deal with! All the staffs are very helpful, friendly and very accommodating especially Ty; He is very knowledgeable of all the products that they’re selling. We are very impressed that he was able to answer all our questions regarding the product’s specs making it easier for us to decide which equipment is best for our needs.

I have been buying from Godfreys near Kmart Henderson for many years, and have always had outstanding service from Tony and his staff. I would recommend this store/branch to everyone, not only are their sales product knowledge fabulous, the the after purchase service and care is awesome. I came in to enquire repairs for my vacuum. Unfortunately I was informed you do repair my model. So I started looking at your models and your sales person who's name escapes me told me I should call the manufacturer of my model to see if it's under warranty. So I left and made that call and it was. So they repaired it for free. Its service like this that I really appreciate. I may not have purchased anything but I swear in future I will. Thank you so much:)

Ty was wonderful to deal with. Very pleasant experience in Godfreys, Henderson. He gave me my options on different types of vacuums that I could afford. He wasn't one of those guys who 'push you into something you don't need or want to buy'. I told him exactly what I needed (as I just moved into a house. Previous tenant had a cat). I purchased the Hoover Regal Bagless 9011Ph and I can honestly say this is the best vacuum I have ever brought! I also brought the Eco Spray Mop and mopping has never been easier. We bought a hand vac couple of months ago and it started making a noise. So we took it for the shop to repair two weeks ago. We weren’t given a loan vac neither exact date of the arrival of the vac. No contact since they took the vac for repair. When my husband rang in the morning to see what happened the guy hung up the phone. Extremely terrible customer service. Products arnt quality either. Don’t recommend as the products are overly priced too
