My husband and I were very impressed with the excellent service and professionalism shown by Ty, the sales representative at the time we were looking for a vacuum cleaner. He was very patient answering our questions, very professional and showed interest in us and what is best for our needs. He knew the products very well and offered us a good discount after checking with his Manager. It was such a great shopping experience and I am sure we bought a good quality vacuum and steam cleaner. I am still waiting on update on my Vacuum cleaner which I had handed over 5 days ago. Was promised that I will hear within a day.

Why the 2 stars? After purchasing $2000 vacuum from takanini I brought it to waitakere for servicing. There is no info sharing between stores so every time I bring in my vacuum its a 2 step process to validate my details are on file never mind that I have been coming here for 5 years. Opening hours vary dependent on if the retail person is back from having morning coffee at the cafe next door. Vacuum dropped off for repair 8 days ago and still waiting to hear anything back despite 3 x phone calls and empty promises of getting a reply. The product I purchased is great no concerns and repairs are fair wear and tear. Service though is pretty rubbish. **Update manager has contacted me and has a loan vacuum until mine is back. And the wait continues but at least comms lines are now open
