This place is ok. They need a better look and loose the garden gnomes. I also need to mention they need clean thier beer lines as it shows in the taste. Not good. Lovely people serving tho.

The food was good, craft beer was great but we had to call the manager and waitresses to get service.

Food quality and service is just not comparable to North West branch. Very disappointed. Got a cocktail but tasted like juice.burnt pizza

Very disappointed with my warm lamb salad which in the past has been a generous serving with lots of lamb and plums. Plate has been downsized, not much lamb and plums swapped out for beetroot

A lovely chic restaurant. The service was great along with the delicious food. We had an order of garlic bread, mushroom bites and chicken pizza complimented with an expresso martini. All our orders arrived in a reasonable time and everything was fresh and delicious. The martini was well decorated and tasted great. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and awesome service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went for dinner with my family on a Tuesday night. I guess it just wasn't what we wanted. Very noisy, quiz night going on on the bar side added to the noise. The food was passable but I've had better in many places around Howick and Botany.
On the plus side our waiter was polite and friendly. I probably won't eat here again unless I hear its improved.

I came here for their weekly pub quiz. What was really nice about this is that, compared to other pubs that hold quizzes, they have some dinner specials on that night, so it isn't such a pricey night - both their pastas and pizzas are only 13.50 on Tuesdays. The quiz itself was well run and the food was tasty! Will definitely be coming back.

We had a corporate dinner there, the food wasn't great at all, but what really annoyed me was that we have ordered drinks, waited for an hour to get them with 3 reminders to the staff, they apologized and nothing happened. You think we ordered a fancy cocktail or something? Nope, just a beer, I mean how hard it is to pour a glass of beer especially when someone asked 3 times about it! And it would be understandable a bit if they'd be busy but it was almost empty.

Taste was alright, but everything was slightly on the salty side, not too much food to choose from, mostly pasta and pizza, on a day which i didnt feel like either of it.i didnt had much choice.had a passionfruit cocktail but had trouble tasting the alcohol.so it tasted like juice

This was my 4th visit here i was excited to come from tauranga and have dinner with my friends. Was very disappointed with the customer service, i had worked in hospitality too.definitely not coming back

As I live in the area, I thought I would make a booking for six people for christmas lunch, as I haven't been there since the new refurb. However after reading a lot of the negative reviews, it appears the problems are mainly related to poor service. If management want to get repeated business, they need to employ good staff, and not have the attitude they are doing us a favour, when it's the other way round.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere, although can be hard to deal with the noise when it's busy. Food is still great when busy.
