Heat Pump City

Had them serviced our heat pumps. Gave us a special rate for multiple heat pumps, which was about $100 cheaper than other quotes, even cheaper than the company that installed for us 5yrs ago. Came on time and was very professional throughout. Very little disturbance as they worked around our house. They told me the company is under new management abt a year ago. One thing I really like about them is that they have their own electricians to install and service their heat pumps. Our previous company contracted outside servicing/maintenance ppl and these outside contractors don’t really care about their customers. It seems Heat Pump City places a bit more effort in customer service. There was one problem that wasn’t addressed during the maintenance, but they quickly returned to have it looked at and solved in no time. Very responsible. Thanks Heat Pump City.

Serviced 5 heat pumps at our house. Superb service and efficient. Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars!

Heat pump assembled as scheduled. Job was done neatly. Price was good. Probably changed to a new owner recently.

Heatpump successfully installed a couple of years back but has had nothing but seasonal issues. While it's under warranty i've not yet had to pay for repairs but the service has been appalling.
Service men have turned up on time but it stops there. Jobs not logged, parts not arrived, callbacks not happening.
Heatpump repair (which the service men on three occasions have said was an easy replacement part) usually takes 3 months.so into the next season. We've had no heat in winter and no cooling all summer. This time round we've called them 5 times and been told we'll get a call right back, no call has ever been made to us. Heatpump still not working.

Would I ever buy from this company again? NO
Do I regret it? YES
Should you avoid them? YES

P. S. I wonder if they changed ownership a couple years back or similar because when I had it installed I liked the service.everything since has been disgusting. Find another provider, AVOID at all costs.

As a retailer, I needed my heat pump installed before my store opened. This was guarantee. I arrived at work extra early. The installation team arrived late and work was in progress as customers were in the store. I suggested a drop sheet to be placed over shop merchandising. This was done but in a very haphazard way. I suggested it be re arranged to prevent any mess. I should have gone up the ladder myself and checked. The job was speedily completed but as I cleaned up the mess left on the floor I found brick dust, from drilling into the wall all over my products. Hundreds of items had to be removed and cleaned. It took many hours.
Here's some suggestions, some would say all common sense! Please confirm our appointment the day before as you said you would, I had to contact you. Please arrive on time. Please work out how to use a drop sheet. Please admit you have made a mess, don't leave me to find it. Please respond to my complaints, rather than pass them onto someone else who fails to contact me. Thank you for your offer of $100 reduction in my bill. That has covered me doing all the cleaning up at little more than the minimum wage rate. I am a business owner who had far more important things to do today. The heat pump appears to work.

Very good services, the two technicians that came were excellent and did a very good job. Nice friendly guys. Cleaned up well before they left.
