Helensville Community Recycling Centre.

It's without a doubt one of my favorite places to visit. Always something that l need and often something l want.

I was coming back through helensville today and thought i would look at the recycle shop, I saw a cabinet that i was interested.and ask if i could have it i wee bit cheaper, then the manager who i was dealing with said to me we are not asian or live in asia.i was quit shocked with this racist remark she made.
Does she not like asian or there money I was taken back with this comment.
Made be she has the wrong job to deal with the public with such a bad attitude

A bit dissapointed. A huge storage arear of goods next to the shop that are supposedly being recycled for the shop but never seems to come out. I think the manager has become a hoarder and I cannot see why a bicycle that comes in to be disposed of, needs to go into this huge shed area next to the shop and cannot be resold immidiatlely. Really dissapointing to see anything good that can be resold the manager has 1st dibs on. They really need to cleanup the shop area and clear out the shed.

Super nice staff, great deals and interesting junk, worth the drive out from Auckland if your picking!

Great place - nice people. Very supportive. All our waste is separated and will be recycled / reused. Awesome facility!

Great little recycling centre with really cool second hand shop. Managed to snap up some bargains.
