Hell Pizza

I was expecting that pizza was good but this pizza is literally very disgusting. I will never buy pizza from you in future. It was a huge mistake of me. It's a strategy of stealing money from everyone.

It's been ages since we bought from this place
Stopped on the way home to grab dinner for the family
The store really needs a freshen up and a splash of paint
Was a bit hard to read the menu under the lighting
Need a new updated menu book as it looks worned out and dirty
Maybe even an electronic board or something
I placed my order, and it took about 15 minutes of wait time
The pizza was well presented and tasted
Good, I just could have done with a little more flavor on it
Service was friendly

Our family almost always use our local Hell's Pizza and always have found the service always prompt, efficent and always courteous

We were the last order for the night and the store was due to close, but the staff member working was so friendly and lovely! Food was great as always but the staff member made the experience so much better. Thank you!

My local Hell Pizza. The guys here really know how to make bloody good pizza. Service is always friendly and fast.

I ordered a delivery order last night…the delivery guy apologised for being 1min late and was so lovely. After seeing my order there was a small error, I called the restaurant and was met with simply the nicest man who sent out the correct order along with a little gift and follow up call. I’m so use to sloppy service and I have to say they went above and beyond! Super impressed! Everyone makes mistakes and what separates people is how they deal with them. Well done guys!

Okay pizza, the toppings were unique. A little pricey but the service was fast. The snack size is definitely just a snack so I need to keep that in mind next time.

What have you done to the lust deluxe pizza? Why covered in pepper to the point it was uneatable. The remade ones were better but still very pepper heavy. The family have spoken only domino's from now on.

I must say I was impressed w/ how piping hot our order was tonight! As if we were in store picking it up, we ordered the double mischief (I thought this had less taste than the rest of our order), brimstone with a few minor tweaks, onion rings w/ chipotle salsa and lamb shank w/ mashed potatoes- good portion sizes

Never received my order. Took 16 days to finally get a response from head office after the store and owner never got back to me.

Would not recommend to anyone! Ordered here twice and was stitched up both times. First time my order didn’t go through apparently even though I paid for it, and instead of just looking into it they made a big deal about it saying I hadn’t paid. After a long time of following up and them finally looking into it, they realised I did pay for it and guess what, the order didn’t go through.

Second time was a similar issue.

The owner is terrible and is not understanding of his system being corrupt. To top it off apparently the owner is never in Auckland, so if you have a problem he’ll be in Indian and not able to help you for a few days. So unless you want to get finessed I’d steer far from this place

Ordered through Uber eats, Hell has its own drivers and the pizza was 30 minutes later than the latest estimated time they gave me. Loaded fries were edible but there was nothing impressive about them. Normally waffle fries taste good but somehow these ones didn’t. I tried the pizza with the impossible beef and it was drowning in honey mustard which made it sickly and hard to eat. The other pizza I got, a pepperoni and ham pizza was about the same quality as getting a budget ready made pizza from a supermarket. A gourmet pizza from the supermarket would be better than the kind of pizzas Hell is making in my view. I’m a keen pizza maker myself and was curious to see if Hell pizzas are any good. Not my kind of thing, but if you like pizzas made with zero love and covered in sickly sauces then give them a try.

If you like not receiving your food despite ordering it hours ago, and being lied to by the staff that it’s minutes away this is place! Still have not received the order.

We ordered through UberEats I called the restaurant and the guy said it was the drivers fault even though Hell uses their own drivers for Uber. No accountability or responsibility from the restaurant who said they ‘probably’ made the order.

Now we can’t get a refund for the order because the order is still on-going on the UberEats app. They can’t even send me replacement food because their drivers are delivering other peoples food.

Delivered wrong pizza, owner is unwilling to resolve, blames customer instead. Very bad experience.

Pizza had an olive pit on it. Not even hidden inside an olive. It was literally placed on the pizza, in plain sight, waiting for its unsuspecting victim to choke.

If you want a pizza experiance go here, I get takeaway but they cook the pizza which such class and experiance its delicious. The price may be a problem to some people but honestly try their serpent pizza - it has fresh salmon and cream cheese and its delicious guys highly recommend going there to get party food or a chill movie night with pizza. They also have a extensive menu to look at and customise your pizza! And the theme is so cool theres a spirit board on the boxes which is super cool work!

Got free pizza for pizza wheel. I must say they should keep their standards if they offer free. The pizza crust was very thin and hard, and there was only name of chicken topping. I'm disappointed and kids disheartened.

Unique taste than other pizza stores. Delicious as always. I give 4 stars because the price is little high.
