Hell Pizza

Got a pizza that had hair baked into it. Sent pictures to the support team and didn't get any response. Pretty nasty.

Just went to buy a Pizza from Balmoral went to pick and saw they had a beer glass promo for $10, On the site the glass for free with any alcohol purchase but the site didn't sell alcohol no thanks to the site, so had to purchase the glass in store like so, to find out the glass was cracked. And the Pizza very poorly made.

Just wanted to leave a positive review as I ordered some pizza's from Hells Pizza Balmoral on Black Friday (Friday the 13th). It was obvious that they were under the pump, as they had gotten a number of items on my order mixed up. Even though I didn't want to trouble them with these, I had to go back as one of the pizzas had an ingredient on it that a family member of mine is allergic to.

When I went in, the server was lovely, apologetic, and helpful - despite being busy and stressed - and the manager was similarly helpful. They made me a new pizza to make up for the trouble despite being really stressed.

I just wanted to leave this review to shine a positive light on this store and to let them know that their gesture was not unnoticed. Thank you so much for your professionalism on what must have been a high-pressure evening. Very much appreciated.

Good value for your money. Very fulfilling pizzas with good taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my choice of pizzas.

Just ordered from Balmoral to Mt Eden via Uber eats - waited 1.5 hours for an ice cream bar and a Satan’s slider. The slider is stone cold, awful, enedible and the ice cream is completely melted.

Ordered through Uber, but they deliver themselves. Order turned up 30 minutes after it was promised to turn up - meant to be between 12.20-12.40 was delivered at 1.10, and food was cold despite being in a "warm bag" they refused to give an updated delivery time despite multiple requests.
Rang the shop to find out when it would be there, and got bad attitude, stating oh driver had to deliver two. No apology nothing.
Driver also "couldn't find the house" despite being parked outside of it, and using gps.

The range at Hell has expanded a lot. Great gluten free options now and a selection of healthy choices too. The gluten free pizza base tastes very nice.

Thank you for serving quality food for UOA's Drama cohort 202. I cannot emphasise just how much we value your standards of excellence, which is clearly reflected in your service, food and communication. Thank you so much for making 14 pizzas before 12.30pm. I understand that your store opens at 11.30am, so we (the drama cohort) appreciate you and your staff turning on the ovens just a little earlier for your shared lunch. Most of all, thank you for having a range of different pizzas that catered to particular food needs. Your vegan and gluten free pizzas were such a hit. Even our allergy free carnivores decided to get in on the action. Most of all, thank you for making our shared lunch an absolute banger.

Order spicy pizza specially mentioned on order but we got was mild as ment for patients. On top of that not impressive customer service. Wouldn't go back again to waste money

Worst experience with Hell Piza at Dominion road, Auckland. One guy called Harvinder who claimed that his store was arguing for no reason. My children got two coupons from Auckland Library and when my elder child went with two coupons, he refused to give two pizzas. Hence second time I went with my younger son and he refused the piza. I got into to store and asked the reason. He told that there is only one piza a day. Actually the point is that only only piza per child and this guy does not what is what. The he abused us telling that we are arguing for free piza and he claims that he is the owner of that store. That guy is horrible and please don’t go there. He doesn’t know what is customer decide and I felt that his Hells piza is a real hell.

Great quality food and is as advertised - however my online order was not ready by the pick-up time advised even on a not-so-busy day and had to wait for an extra 10-15 minutes which is why I've gone for 4 stars.

Staff happy and pizzas well made just a bit of a drive for me all the way from royal oak to there, but the pizzas were great so worth the drive

Very disappointing ️. To make one pizza they took around 1hour 40 mins. Bad customer service too. Staff keep going back check for order and saying 5 mins more and still not ready for next 20 mins

Girl at the counter dealt with an annoying customer like a BOSS. Was super polite and understanding to the rude guy. My vegan pizza was delish and all fresh and perfect considering they were suuuuper busy and swamped because of the promotion. Well done team!

In short, a terrible pizza ate this pizza tasted 20 dollars not really. Eating pizza in the stomach felt so bad

Used to so good but have noticed in the last year its not unusual for orders to take 45min-1hr to arrive instead of the usual 20-30mins in the past

Worst pizza I have ever had! The vegetarian pizza were so bland and tasteless it felt like eating pizza base with sauteed vegetables. My other friends did not like the non veg pizzas too, and it's expensive. 20$ for large pizza!

Great store to order from. I live just around the corner so order online and then walk down to pick it up. Staff are always friendly and the food is ready when they say it will be.

My regular Hell's store in Grey Lynn was closed so tried out a new one. Long story short, DO NOT go to Hell's Pizza in BALMORAL. Worst service ever. The pizza I normally get arrived to me so crummy, cold and not on top of their game. The staff at Balmoral should be working at domino's pizza or pizza hut or something. That's how budget it looked and was missing my sauces and also went to the wrong house too, I wonder what would have happened if I didn't pay cash and paid card instead. The amount of money you pay for Hell's pizza and what I got was disgusting. Absolutely appalled Balmoral you make the franchise look bad. Would vote zero stars if I could.

Service is bit slow but it’s worth when you get best pizza:) I have tried all their vegetarian pizzas but I like their Limo pizza. Must try.
