HELL Pizza Royal Oak

I was so disappointed today I placed a order online and the manager of the store called me and started screaming and saying they can't deliver to me there's apparently a note not to deliver to me I asked why and what for as I've always paid my order online.he said we can't deliver I can't refund you straight away it take 3 days the owner also didn't answer his call so I asked if he can just pay to another store for us to get our meal he said no again he said you can come pick your meal if you want but we can't deliver I found this unfair as I didn't have my car he said I'll call the owner and see what we can do I said okay I'll wait so I waited then he calls back says oh we can deliver I don't know why there's a note on your file this whole time we waited I said you guys have always delivered so i was just surprised why they can't I mean even online it says in zone.it was a waste of time the manager is unprofessional doesn't know much he said he just started working there that doesn't mean you scream and shout at customers have some manners his from India i didnt like how he was screaming on the phone he was so loud the food we got was cold over cooked not even worth it I would like a replacement meal or a refund I was very unhappy with the attitude of the manager and the food he made for us it was made with hate I can't wait to go see the owner regarding this order and the note on my file tbh I've never had issues with this store but today I felt disrespected after always paying for my food online it wasn't a good feeling at all

Good service, but there was not enough cheese and toppings on our pizzas, too dry and not much flavor, very disappointing!

Wow, I feel like 67 dollars was far too much, this was a waste of money and food. I did not like the base and it needed salt. It's amazing how you can get so many ingredients on a pizza and have no taste. Regret my purchase, will not be getting hells from here again.

Really happy w/ hells, ordered here more than once and pizzas and sides have been good quality quantity & price. Got the pizza w/ hollandaise sauce, created my own w/ chicken olives herbs etc loaded fries and chicken tenders w/ chipotle salsa dip. So good thanks hell royal oak!

Unfortunately hell's pizza seems to have gone a little downhill with the topping quantity.
I love the ribs and chicken tenders though.

Absolutely delicious and great service. Pricey but worth it on occasion, products are much better than competitors. These stuffed peppers are excellent but this is the amount you will get for $9.

Every time I visit Hell pizza Royal Oak, I get the same consistent flavour and service. Must go place

I had Brimstone pizza for the first time and I really liked it. It was cooked very well and customer service was up to the mark.
Highly recommended. Must try Royal Oak Hell Pizza.

Extremely rude owner manager screwed up the order. Didn't deliver what was requested. Yelled at customer. Defensive and did not take ownership of own error. Threatening and abusive. His name is ash. Lied about his position. Pretending he was just a delivery driver but is the owner. Really bad customer service

We had a takeaway pizza tonight. It wasn’t particularly hot by the time we got it home and was lacking in flavour. It looked nice!

Well Well my wife and I visited this place again ordered the same pizza as last time with same remarks and this time the team got it right and gave us a delicious pizza yummy for the tummy with right portion of veggies, perfect crust, good amount of sauce at the base, excellent customer service thanks a ton team Cheers

I ordered a veggie pizza and veggie pasta last night, they do taste good. Althouggghhhh, I specifically requested to put mushrooms only on half side of pizza. Althouuuggghhh, it was on the whole pizza it is ok mistake happens. Althouggghhh a vegetarian pizza loaded fully with mushrooms and spinach only is not what I ask for other vegetables were like not be seen where they on their way from farm ‍️. Sundries tomatoes, Kalam ata olives which was added and other veggies were hardly been given please don’t serve less portions of other good veggies that you have on the menu. We really expect to have fair portion of ingredients mentioned in the menu.

Pasta tasted good, although it was dry. We will still keep coming because we love the taste of the food thanks

Ordered a full sized salad for $9.50, got a half sized salad… I didn’t contest it as I had to be somewhere (salad was a 15 minute wait) so left after grabbing the salad, thinking it was just densely packed in smaller container (it wasn’t). Finished in 3 bites. I checked online and it says some of the salads are sold out. If you are low on ingredients let me know and I can change my order.

They also didn’t ask what sauce I wanted, and to be fair I forgot to specify but they just gave me balsamic vinegar. Would not go back, it’s unfair trading really. Seems in line with the other reviews saying the store is stingy on ingredients. Honestly I would have consumed more salad from a subway sandwich that what was in my hells salad. Would recommend going next door to subway if you are after a vegetable fix.

Terrible branch compared to all the other hells pizza. Food normally undercooked/soggy, last two pizzas l from here contained plastic.

There were a few things wrong with this place.

1) There were a quite a few staff, yet food was taking sooooooooooo long. We ordered vegan nuggets and crumbed Camembert and it took over 20 minutes whyyyyyy.

2) Theres no rubbish bin inside, so the walkers suggested I take a walk outside to the rubbish bin:/ How hard is it to buy a $10 bin from Kmart for your customers to put their trash in

3) Portion size -_- I've had the same create your own salad at other hell's pizzas and portions have been more than enough to fill us up. Today however, their boxes were half full. And adding onto that, the ingredients were not fresh at all!

In summary this place could've been better, but it wasn't. Won't be eating here again.

Love hells pizza in general but this one had to be the worst experience. Had no bin by the table so we asked if we could give our pizza boxes to them and they directed us to a bin outside, like come on. Took 15 minutes to make vegan nuggets and the portions for food were just straight up small. Manager seems a bit stuck up. Calm down brother. Would recommend any other hells pizza (especially balmoral) except this one. Feel sorry for the other workers here.

They did not want to redeem the kids vouchers. Put conditions on them and asked to come in store with the kids which was not a problem at all. But was appalling when they said it’s the last day to redeem and we will not accept the phone orders. They wanted me the bring my kids in store make them order and them make them wait for 20 minutes in store with young kids while they make the Kids Pizza. They also lost out on a order for 4 large pizzas I was going to order for the family. The staff member or manager on the phone was very rude and unhelpful and places like this should learn a thing or two about customer service.
Very Very Disappointed, I am a regular customer at the Royal Oak branch and will not be going there anymore.

Haven't been to hells in years. I'd rather get a sals pizza if I was going to get pizza again. Not hugely impressed.

I had the half buffalo half beast, tasted like a slightly more upmarket domino's pizza. Ingredients were good, however for the price, would rather get sals.
