HELL Pizza Royal Oak

Ordered Hells pizza and loaded fries for a staff lunch. Order was delivered on time and piping hot. Delicious!

Best NZ pizza chain in my opinion. Fast, friendly service, the Serpent pizza is my absolute fave but they have vegan options for people who are better than me.

Man the pizza here is so good. This location is about as good as all the others, that is, clean friendly with great pizza and reasonable prices. Definitly reccomend this place.

Tried to place an order at 9.10pm but was told they were closed. Drove up there and people were still inside and their delivery driver was heading out with orders. The website clearly states 10pm BOXING DAY! No more Hells Pizza for me.poor customer service.

I usually hold Hell Pizza in a high regard but this franchise lets it down completely. Last time I ordered here they forgot to make the pasta so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes (so my other food was luke warm pasta was disgusting too) No apology given. Also my work today ordered pizzas at 9am for delivery at 12: 00 pm, we called to check up at 12: 10 they advised that they had only just started to cook them now. Twice I've been let down now within a week. NO GOOD!

No spare ribs!? Until end of November! Shouldn't be advertising product that is not available and I would be finding another supplier, not turning away business. Not good enough.to Hell with it, I'm off to Pizza Hut!

Ribs not cooked with pink and blood. Everything these workers do, always have to ask the manager. So many negatives, I recommend going to McDonalds next door. Don't waste your time at this Hells Pizza Royal Oak These guys do not know what they are doing!

Dirty kitchen just look at the floor in kitchen area under the work benches old food has been sitting their a long time staff just want to get home end of day don't clean properly managers have no idea what to look for as they are not chefs disgusting

Not good at all. I ordered a ‘Mischief’ pizza from this store today which is supposed to have chicken, pork and a few vegetables on it. They gave that to me but as I was biting into it there was a strong smell of seafood, which I can't stand (also allergic to prawns). I've heard that pork can sometimes bring such a smell but that definitely was not the case here. I did get a refund but I had to be firm about it. If you can't trust what you've ordered you surely cannot trust whether the food is even safe.

Great pizza and when we had a mix up with our order staff responded really well and delivered the missing component straight away. Highly recommended

Was craving Hells Pizza until I received this, undercooked mess, with no decent topping, really gross. Complained and they said that it was the cheeses fault. Won't be eating there anymore.

Rubbish service, always stuff up the orders, really disappointing that hells pizza service has dropped so low.

Cold pizza and 20mins late - I live a 3min drive away from the shop. My driver apologised, but after reading other reviews in here, it looks like this is normal for the store. My napkins blew away in the wind onto the ground and my driver picked them up and tried to give them to me. Eek! The Epsom store is a much more oiled machine.
