They went above and beyond in fixing the bumper on my car.   Their communication was top notch, the job was done and completed in the time promised with no delays, the car was left exceptionally clean on the outside, and had a thorough vacuum on the inside, smelt nice and  I was even given a wee gift of sweets. Very pleasant to deal with also, and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend

Recommend H&P. Recently took my Vitz in for panel work and I am very happy with the work. Scott has years experience and knows his trade so if you want a clear understanding of what's required he gives that quote in under 5mins and sticks with it. That's the hallmark of someone that knows his stuff.

Presented at this premises earlier today to enquire unto a cost estimation for their services to my vehicle. Wanted to support local business but the response received was most disappointing. I had my vehicle with me, yet no interest was expressed to view my vehicle. Instead, I was told "you don't want that. ". When asking why, I was told it is too expensive. I did not appreciate this as no discussion occurred relevant to my financial status and affordability. I was out in search of a professional job to put the finishing touches on my 1992 project car and was left with the impression that my business was not wanted. Money was never an issue, but thats all good, happy to take my business elsewhere. #yourloss

Poor service experience. Do not waste your time, unless you want to be taken by face value and be told "you can not afford it".

I had my CX9 rear fender damaged and needed to be replaced. I went to their shop last Saturday to replace my damaged rear fender and Scott was able to replace it so quickly and now my car looks new again. I would highly recommend Scott and HP Panel & Paint.

My car was repaired earlier than the estimated time frame which was also very appreciated. My car had been washed including my wheel trims.
