Howick Pakuranga Panel & Paint

These guys were a recommended repairer through my insurance. Scott got in contact pretty quickly and kept up the communication throughout.which was great. The repair didn't take as long as they thought which was a bonus and they cleaned the car! Would happily use them again. (although I'm not planning on getting into another accident (touch wood).

Scott and the team at Howick Pakuranga Panel and Paint are incredible! Fortunately, they're an approved state repairer so I was referred to them. Given the COVID restrictions they communicated well regarding delays getting parts etc and had my vehicle looking as good as new in no time. Great communication and updates from the team throughout the process too.
Added bonus, they have decent courtesy cars compared to most other panel beaters!

I picked up my car today and it was immaculate, cleaned inside and out. A awesome added extra was the lollies left inside. Scott and the team are awesome and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them from the 1st phone call to the lovely friendly receptionist, to picking up the car from Scott. Would defiantly recommend them

I had a problem with the door of my car, and visited the workshop just before closing. Halo pointed me in the right direction & I met Scott.
I told him the issue I was having and he said he was happy to take a look.

Gave me two courtesy cars which over heated and could have caused a massive accident. The owner scott charged me 80 dollars for them. He is very arrogant and I strongly recommend that people avoid him and his business at all costs

My Mum had taken her car there through insurance. I went with her the first time to help her with the drop off.
Immediately I could scenes rudeness from the manager, and was more concerned about give instructions of the lease vehicle than the job. And he gave her the worst oldest lease vehicle he had, it had no WOF and window wipers were perished as the vehicle was his least cared for it seems. I noticed 2 or 3 newer lease vehicles there but?
Mum had nothing but passive aggressive encounters during the 2 month repair, also on pick up of the finished car, she noticed a hose or pipe hanging from under the steering, he just tucked it in the carpet and said a rude remark, and the car has now got a noisy exhaust, he went further to say he only looked at the front because thats were the accident took place? "Mate! You're a panelbeater, you're supposed to look over the whole car"

Anyway, nothing but struggles with this crowd, and poor workmanship

Had an accident and was referred by the insurance company. Scott not only fixed my car but went beyond and did extra by fixing the rear light n nut for the spare tyre. Thank u Scott for going above n beyond. Merry Christmas:)

I came here after being hit in the front bumper, service was really good and was provided a small loan car, when I got my car back they had cleaned the dash and interior for me:) yes the loan car is $50 but it comes very clean and tidy and a rental would be way more.

I messed them round with the drop off date but scott all good and very helpful.
