Have been servicing my vehicles with Hygrade Motors for the past 10years. Very experienced and professional team. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient place to service or wof their cars.

They have been servicing my car for a long time now. While Pradeep books you in for the service, it is Ashok who does the 'heavy lifting' regards the repairs. If service with a smile is their motto, it's quite obvious! Always keen to understand specific issues that need looking into, makes them stand apart.

I've racked up close to 5 grand in business - x2 cars.
Customer service A+. But The work that was done on my car- Im really disappointed with. No communication, I don't feel safe driving it nor letting my daughter drive and the car was supposed to be for her - I was told to bring it back and go through the job list, but this is honestly a waste of my time. I'll be taking my car somewhere else to get it fixed properly - Really annoyed!

He is always tells lot of fault during WOF. He is a cheater. He told me fault on my car when I took my vehicle to another garage he said everything is fine may be he is trying to cheat you. Once I thought I should inform to transport ministry but I drop my idea. Please be careful with the owener of the garage I think he is from Hyderabad. Please if you have same problem you must write goggles comment to aware other people.

These guys are so great. Pramodh is the best mechanic I’ve encountered, they offer great prices and high quality service.
I really appreciate the amount of detail they give when they’re explaining what they have/will do to your car.
They’ve never charged more than originally quoted, often going above and beyond with their service while still honouring the quote.
Great price for cam belt replacement.
As a young woman I often approach mechanics with a large amount of skepticism but they do an excellent job of making sure they are being clear and honest about all of their services.
Even went as far as to take me under my car with a torch to show me what needed to be done for my WOF.
11/10 I’ve been here 3 times this year and will likely never visit a different shop.

Ashok and co felt like the pros in a market ruled by cowboys- honest and hardworking.
Came to get my WoF done, and wanted servicing done too.
Not only did they help me with a quick turnaround with very good outcome, but when I came in the evening to collect my car, it was vacuum cleaned and polished (for free).
I had my 9 months old as well with me, and they helped me transfer the baby seat from the courtesy car to my car as well.
The best is also an understatement.
