We have told to drop the TV to check something. When we get there, the place was closed at 4.15pm on Friday. The website was not updated their operating time. Very disappointed

I am glad by service provided by ‘I FIX 4 you. ’They are very professional in doing their work. They fixed my LG tv within 4 working days which is great. I really like the customer service explaining every aspect to you and updating the repair process time to time Will definitely go their in future repair needs.

My coffee machine has a leaking coffee powder problem let this company fixed for me when I received phone call they said the problem was fixed and helped me changed new parts, but when I back home I tried to make coffee I found the problem is still there, also added a new problem, the coffee grander amount lost control, very disappointed

We are so glad we went with Ifix4U! Anit was fantastic to deal with, so professional and helpful and knew exactly what we needed for our home. The installers were great too. Got in there and got it done quickly with no mess. The installation went smoothly and done within 2 hours and the quality of work is so high standard.

Great job.ifix4u have done my 6 property, I approached 6 different companies and no one agreed to do the job as the job was technically difficult. Ifix4u ltd was the only one who agreed to take on the challenge.

The suspended unit was installed in a conservatory. The only unit that could be installed was the ceiling suspended one. I met the team a few times to plan the job before going ahead with the supply and install.

The job was neatly finished and in an efficient manner with no extra requirement for patch-up work.

Pipes from the unit were well hidden in the soffit.

Communication was excellent.

I would definitely recommend this team.

How I wish could give ZERO star for this. Salesman promised great after sales service so I installed 2xPanasonic AC units with them. Installation very rough, AC making hissing sound, emails and calls being ignored and needing multiple follow up calls & emails to get them moving. I have even escalated this to Panasonic to look into this matter. Below summary of events.

7th Feb -
Install of AC units. Minor damage done to my wall during installation, very "rough" during installation. The installer for this 2.0KW was rough, he literally squash the indoor unit to fit the bracket, pushing it in to fit and leaving no gap with side wall (no paper could pass through between edge of AC and wall)

11th & 12th Jun -
Phoned a few times, left voice messages but no response. Sent email regarding this issues but no response.

18th Jun-
Sent follow up email. Thank God he responded!

27th Jun -
Vijay finally visited after several calls, emails trying to get him here to check out the issues.
Hissing sound only happen with Heating mode, so this wasn't known until we started winter.
During Vijay's visit, he didn't want to acknowledge the hissing sound and insisted that he could not hear it. He kept talking and talking when he was supposed to be listening for the sound. Told him about how his technician installed the AC and he said he will give feedback to his technician.
And for the videos that I sent him of the hissing sound, he said it's hard to hear as he needs to use a headset, bla bla bla with all excuses. He ended the visit by saying that he will check with his team and get back to me. He also checked the 2.5KW unit but said he could not hear any sound too.
Waited many weeks with zero response so followed up with multiple attempts of phone calls (being ignored again) and finally sent a follow up email on 6th August and thankfully he organised a technician to come.

6th August -
Sent follow up email as no response since 27 June.

10th August -
Technician Nitu came. He acknowledged the hissing sound right away, saying it was very obvious. He found out few issues:
1) AC installed incorrectly - he needed to extend the pipe behind the AC to bring the side of AC unit away from the wall as it was hard against without any gap
2) Fan was loose causing the knocking sound - he replaced the indoor AC unit.
3) Hissing sound due to moisture/bubbles in the pipeline, but he do not have the tools to vacuum the refrigerant out so he asked us to monitor for awhile, and if hissing sound still not disappearing, then he will be back to fix it.

(then 2nd COVID lockdown happened.)

22nd September -
Sent email to Vijay to follow up as the only problem resolved was the knocking sound. (email not responded again)

8th Oct -
Rung Nitu the technician asking for follow up as the noise is still not going away. He said he wound come back to me, but no hear back since then.

19th Oct -
Rung VIjay to follow up again as didnt hear back from anyone. He finally arranged Nitu to come back to my place "by end of next week".

30th Oct (which is end of next week from 19th October) -
Waited until "end of next week" only to get a phone call from Vijay saying that Nitu will come on 3rd November. Very not good at time keeping.
I reminded him about the damage of my wall from the chuck of the drill when his install technician damaged it. He refused to do anything and offered me WIFI device for this unit, saying take it or leave it.

3rd November-
Nitu came, pumped out the gas and regas. AC unit is still hissing.

4th November-
Accompanied my son to sleep and heard water dripping from the AC unit! Turned on the light and saw the Indoor AC unit literally dripping water on the floor! I turned the unit off and place a bucket under it.

(Tired of communicating with IFIX4U. Got Panasonic involved from this point onwards)

They’ve had my lg tv for 6dqys. On the 6th day I rang them up and he asked if I received an email saying it’s not fixable. It would have been faster to ring me. Slow service and then asked me to pick it up coz they need the space. And then he reckons he’ll dispose of it haha the cheek of this guy. Wants it for parts aye

After being mess about by TECHNOFIX MANUKAU. Took my LG TV in to I FIX 4 U on Harris rd, for a back-light issue, paid the $50 for assessment even though I explained it only needs back-light LEDs changed. So we left the TV with them and waited for a quote, and we waited and waited after a week and a half I rang and was told they will have a quote by the end of the week, still nothing rang again, now two weeks from the drop off, told Ill get a quote soon another 3 days quote arrives total $427 minus the $50 paid, also told NO OTHER PROBLEM everything is good ONLY back-light issue. I called and said Ill drop clips off to the store. On arrival received a strange reception from the staff as I inquired about my TV was approached by the staff that they will look for a new panel, questioned why to be safe, I explain that the panel in good no problem and they say we will change if we find it to help you. I questioned if they have damage my panel to tell me, again they say no we do this to be sure your TV fix. I said I'm not paying anything more than the quote and the panel is fine, as we watching the TV when the back light went out.they say they will find a panel and change for me (Now I am super suspicious) I left stating I want the TV back-light repaired that's all.over the weekend received an email stating now that they wont repair the TV unless I pay up front $270 and supply the LEDs plus agree to sign a waiver from them having all or any liability to the repair. I was like WTF.so now I am finding repair company to re-assess my TV (it will go from I FIX 4 U directly to another company for another assessment) and upon their findings the dispute tribunal will be the only option left it its found that this company has damaged the panel, try to shift the blame. (I honestly hope not, but after how they dealt with this I cant rule it out) JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Useless after sales service. They say they’ll come fix a leaking heat pump but even after repeated follow ups they do not. I highly recommend not using these guys.

Not good for heat pump install. Rough job. One heat pump leaked. Seem ok at first but then things start to break down and was low on gas. 5 year Warranty is only for Panasonic for their install just 1 year and they lie about it. Then over charge to fix their shoddy install and parts.

Have completed 2 jobs for me now, 1 x heat pump and venitalion system, and another heat pump job. Both times they were professional, got the job done to a high standard. Communication was great. Cheers.

Bad time management. Booked in the installation for 2 heat pumps on Friday 8am a week ago but then called in to re-schedule the time from 8am to 10am on Thur 5pm. We took the late change and I applied whole day off from work to wait for the installation. On the next day, the team arrived my property at 12pm (2 hours late). The person who deal with me never pick up my call during the whole morning. Sales service are good but operation service are disappointed. I finally turned down their service.

Horrible horrible horrible on everything. We were over quoted but installed a cheaper machine and chased them for months for a credit but they don’t care. Service was so bad. Nothing could be done in time. Lots of damages and they denied. They do not respect your properties. Machines untested. When asked to do it, they wanted to charge me. There is no after sale service at all without charging.

Terrible service and price. Quote one machine but install a cheaper machine. Their workers damaged our house and never told us, and denied it when confronted. Finally they didn't test their machines and when asked, they said they would for a huge call out fee. Truly atrocious

Very difficult To deal with. Absolutely would not recommend to anybody! Severely lacking in Customer Service and will end up being a very frustrating experience. Will Never use them again. Terrible Service!
