25Poor customer service its been 2 weeks waiting to repair our washing machine which is under warranty and every time we call they make excuses and blame the insurance and noeleeming for been late and we still waiting really disappointed I won't recommend to any one
Visited this business, TV in boot, asked for price of the faulty part, plus cost of repair. Despite follow up email, 2 phone calls and promises, no response from Ash. It is now over a week. I try to support my local businesses, but this is not good enough. If you can't help, let folk know that, so they can find somewhere else.
Poor communication, unreliable, and poor customer service. In need of a repair on a washing machine originally bought from Harvey Norman and was referred to ‘I Fix4U’. Contacted them, they sent a repair person to have a look and we were advised he would need to order a part for it. We contacted them a week later to see when the part would arrive and were told despite them being in constant communication with the part suppliers they could not give us an approximate date/time. We have then had no further communication from ‘I Fix4U’ for 38 days, causing us to constantly go to a laundromat wasting our own money and time. Have been informed Harvey Norman have tried to contact this company as well and have had no reply. We have recently contacted ‘I Fix4U’ for a follow up; no apology was given, no solution was given. Yet again we are left with the typical ‘we will get back to you on Monday’ line and a washing machine that can’t be used. Frustrated and disappointed customer.
Good price on heat pump supply and install. Friendly and efficient. Professional installation, and were able to quickly adjust to unavoidable last minute pump location changes.
These guys did a great job. We just had a cold snap and we got a heatpump quote from Geoff.
Geoff was very considerate and informative on the current market and leading brands.
Our house is a special case as the heatpump needs to be off the ground, they knew exactly what to do and did a great job.
Would I recommend them? Definitely, and will recommend them to all my friends,
they even sent me a thank you card for business!
