We were looking for wood to dry stack and burn next season. Gave Ignition Firewood a chance to be better than the west-central local suppliers, and they are excellent.
I ordered the Summer Special, 3m³ of hard wood and I got excellent wood. Perfect!

Communication was fantastic, called them up and easy as put in an order that came within days. Carlos texted me when he was loading up and again when he came on-site for a simple and friendly level 4 adhering interaction.

My Dad says it was the best Father's day present he could get. Cheers Ignition!

Have been buying wood for several years now from Ignition. Normally buy the spring special for the winter. Because of lock down we have been home in the day and ran out. Booked on line on Sunday and was delivered by Tuesday morning. Much earlier than we thought and nice and dry. Again a very happy customer.

Carlos and his guys are the best in the business. Great products at really good prices. They are well organised, and the communication is superb.

I had a load of firewood delivered to my mothers house today for her.
As no one was able to be home when it was delivered, the driver rang us when he left the yard and when he arrived at her house. Seeing a door open to an enclosed under deck area, (where we were going to stack it) he asked if we would like the wood dropped right next to it, which he did. It made putting it away so much easier for us. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness
The wood was all dry, even now in the middle of Winter and was all ther right
size for her fireplace, not too big.
It was a good mix of woods

I come up from Taupo to get my firewood. Much better mix/size and price. And of course the staff are always friendly.

Good lads with firewood delivery too. A big operation with delivery Auckland wide (our case a few farms away)

Just not enough firewood for the end of the season so got 2 mtrs delivered a week ago, i was told the hot mix was wet but the more expensive macrocarpa was dry, yeah right, if thats their version of dry look out. (Colin Stephenson)
