Absolutely thrilled with our Perrin & Rowe tapware and toilets. We had these previously in our 100+ year old Victorian villa, Lavinia was amazing in assisting us to select something that would work with our more classic taste in our new home which is much more modern. I can't wait to get on to planning our kitchen and laundry next year.

Been trying to source a missing part for our Lee & Perrin kitchen sink: made contact through their website, they responded immediately and three days later the part arrived by courier!

What outstanding service this company provides, even with people like us who weren’t previous customers. To cut a long story short, Stephan was able to offer us the parts to fix our kitchen mixer (that we couldn’t source locally). We had concluded that we’d need to buy a whole new expensive unit instead. He could easily have have said we needed to do that - but he didn’t. Even more amazing, he then said there was no charge for the parts! Unheard of…but we are so very grateful. Stefan and Ingrid are excellent communicators and obviously care about their customers. We will definitely be back for future plumbing needs. Thanks so much to you both.

Our experience with In Residence was excellent.
We spoke with Helvier over the phone, and then went in store to look at the products. Both over the phone and in person, Helvier is an absolute professional; both friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly understands interior design principles so was able to provide advice for our situation based on the layout and other fixtures chosen for our kitchen renovation.
The products are high quality and beautifully displayed to ensure you can see how things will look in your own space.
The sales process was easy, postage was super speedy, and email communication brilliant.
Why would we both to go anywhere else now? We know where to get everything we need for the rest of our renovation.

We had an issue with a Perrin and Rowe kitchen tap which James was able to quickly diagnose and sent through parts overnight to be replaced. James has been absolutely brilliant to deal with including providing super fast and friendly response. This is one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I highly recommend In Residence for beautifully crafted high quality taps and excellent after care service.

You walk in the door and the showroom is full of absolutely stunning product and we wanted it all. I bought what was a relatively expensive kitchen tap - that was 6 years ago. I called this morning and explained how we had a problem with the high spout and Holly was incredibly helpful. Looked up and found my original order, identified our model and asked if I wanted to have a replacement spout sent or collect it. At that stage I still assumed I was buying it as that is what I called for, but this was supplied under warranty. Buy great product and get a great after sale service.
