The kind lady took almost everything for free, and charged a fair amount for taking the printers

If you're dropping off, ring first as there is not always someone there. The lady I dealt with was incredibly kind and helpful and met me at the location to greet me. Would definitely use again.

Very bad service and unprofessional. I have used their service earlier and it was good at that time but this time it is just painful. Seems like they have internal business issues, I have chased them up a couple of times for the pick-up, the person didn't tell me anything that if I need to note down the device serial numbers etc.and when I have asked for it she said they don't provide that but customers need to note it down when they hand over the devices, how on earth anyone knows that we need to note it down by ourself when these guys have provided it in the first time. They have confirmed with me to send the serial numbers by last to last Friday, Now they have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.

Not recommended at all for any business.

Called ahead and confirmed it was ok to drop off old computer for recycling. Dropped it off and job done. Happy with this company. Thanks.

Called to check if they can dispose of LCD TVs, was told no and advised to go to some other address, very vague.

Called first with a couple of laptop batteries and a monitor. Got the green light and dropped them down. Easy as thanks again.

Didn't call ahead but just dropped in and they were happy to take my old laptop. Was told that TV and printer recycling would attract a charge. Can't vouch for the integrity of the recycling process but no complaints

Never had issues dropping of old electronics. Best to call first to explain what you are dropping off and to make sure someone is there.

Good sorts.took all of our e-stuff including printer, fax, wires, old computers etc etc for a very decent price. Highly recommend them to take your e-waste.

Although I hadn't called ahead, there was someone on site to collect the items I had to drop off, very easy to deal with. It is recommended that you call ahead though.

3 months and several emails later - we still do not have our certificate of destruction for our office products. Deepa's mobile is now disconneced, their website does not work and nobody is answering the office phone number - no voicemail. Would NOT recommend.

I wrote an article for Good Magazine a few years ago on electronic waste. I have also used IT Recycle several times since then, including in October 2019. IT Recycle are a very dedicated team who seem to never not be working! They do a great service to the community in a very tough job that most of us would not be prepared to do, are easy to deal with, conveniently located and consistently my first choice. Also have an after-hours drop-off for some items. May take a few rings to answer their phone because they are busy but don't hang up:) Two thumbs up!

I have called ahead and arranged to meet them. After 45min driving I found that they had to go somewhere and I should come back an other time. 45 minutes drive back. What a waste of time and petrol.

Failed to tell me that the laptop I bought only works while plugged in and I cannot get a refund since I bought it at "factory price" really needed something portable that works well for work. What a waste of my time and money!

Worst experience ever! I called them with a query of recycling my old tv and the lady on the other end was extremely rude. I cannot imagine how can people run their businesses which nasty attitude. Unless u want to spoil ur mood or get humiliated please don’t approach this company.

Emailed first to make sure our ewaste was fine to drop off for no charge, get there and they try to charge us. The staff had no idea what they were doing and the whole operation seems dodgy
