Filled out website form for pickup and heard nothing. Called four days later, arranged pickup for following day and was told they would pick up in morning. Called again after no show and was told they were too busy for pickup. Might be OK if you drop off yourself but pickup 'service' somewhat lacking.

The staff are Indian with poor English. I don't care what country they are from. But when it comes to communicating my needs, I found it very hard to break the language barrier and convey what I wanted. I would not approach them again.
