Jet Park Hotel Auckland Airport

Was disappointed that there was a very loud party above us in building 4. We discussed it between us all staying in the room and 9pm would've been a reasonable time for it to end but I had to go down to reception at 9: 30pm and ask when it was going to end as we had an early start the next morning and it was keeping us awake. I was informed that it was meant to finish at 9pm. It didn't quieten down until 9: 50pm. We paid $300 expecting a quiet place to stay as it was our last night before heading home after our holiday.

Very close to the airport and they provide free shuttle services which is a real bonus.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Buffet breakfast was a decent spread but average in quality. Some of the food was a bit stale.
They had a trampoline and a giant chess set outside for the kids to play. Block 4, level 2 had a kids play area with some toys which is great for families with little kids and it is inside the building so all good if it is raining outside.
Had a good range of pillows from the pillow menu. Requested the aromatheraphy pillow but smelt nothing of lavender. It had an old musty smell which we ended up not using.

Dog friendly hotel was great you pay extra for the privilege though, what I didn’t expect was inches of someone’s else dog hair under both beds (only looked cause I dropped my earring) told reception on check out and she didn’t really care.room service arrived cold which isn’t cheap.so we paid nearly 50.00 a night extra for cleaning tariff
For having a dog with us, only to be in a room full of uncleaned dog hair

Waited 1 hour for shuttle bus despite the hotel being only 15 mins away. Had to make a cosily international phone call to the hotel as nobody ANSWERED WHATSAPP. Got told the driver had left it then took 30 more mins for the driver to arrive.

Allowed a DOG to run around food area unrestricted and patted by staff.

My room had a small shelf in the shower that must have come off, the temporary fix was appalling, blue tape fixed to the shelf and shower. Surely they can afford a maintenance man.

Otherwise the location was 10 minutes to the airport in normal traffic and the room and service was fine. The room service menu is almost identical to the restaurant menu and doesnt have much variety.

Fabulous venue very friendly staff and dog friendly the girls were in our room it was great will definitely come again

My second time staying, and yes they never disappoint! Love how quiet it was, had the best sleep coz of the comfy beds! Closer to the Lolos too xox! Shot Jets! Deffs coming back!

Staying here while we are doing our 14 days quarantine. Loved the atmosphere, Staff, Food, House Keeping. Keep the good work up. We will definitely visit your branches in future. Great food chef

Good service everything! Despite being there for isolation everything was good, the food was nice & loved that house keeping would always call if i needed anything.

Currently a MIQ facility, and what an amazing place!

the staff have been so amazing,
the food has been awesome,
and this whole experience has been beyond what i expected,
having to quarantine with the kids under 6 i thought would be a nightmare but the staff make sure the kids are happy and i couldn't be happier with the service here!

Black mold in air con in two units; bathroom extractor fan not working; toilet took two hours [yes, we timed it] to refill. Sound dampening on windows not effective against the back up shrilling alarms of freight containers being moved next-door, as well as the dropping, and scraping of freight containers.

Had a few nice stays here before the covid19 epidemic. Location is perfect so close to the airport with parking and shuttle to take people to the terminal. Hopefully once covid has past I get to stay here again.

Quarantine stay. Lovely staff. Well practiced and professional processes and procedures. Enjoyed our quarantine experience here.

Great business to work with. We have been supporting and supplying JP with security wristbands since lockdown. We have even undertaken personal delivery on 2 occasions now.

Quaranteened in this facility for 2 weeks. A big room and I could do inddoe exercise freely. Quiet and mofern facility. Cannot tell more.

We spent one night here, before flying back to Oz.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable.

There for lots of options for meals on site and plenty of onsite parking. It was an easy drive to the airport. I also believe there is a shuttle bus service should you require.

Our breakfast tray was placed outside our door, thus remained there for 12 hours.l alled housekeeping to please collect the tray and it had been elocated to outside the main lifts, is that typical service?

Amazing place to stay and eat. Restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Menu is great and good value. The room was spacious with a pillow menu to choose from.

Airport shuttle was free and Drew was a pleasure to ride with.
