Jet Park Hotel Auckland Airport

Black mold in shower, previous guests leftovers in drawer, toilet dirty, meals disgusting. Eaten better at Denny's. Never coming back here again and will be writing to management. Only plus were lovely staff and opening windows.

Room is fine (if you like private hospitals), location convenient (and loud) and friendly staff (smile and look straight through you). Service is really woeful - particularly the restaurant, bar and even more the room service. Horrific decor coupled with laziness and overpriced delayed food and drink.
Stay here (maybe), but eat and drink anywhere else.

Service and food below average. Corporate room was smelly, a cockroach ran across the kitchen bench!

Convenient location close to Auckland International Airport. Good congenial service's Airport shuttle though to early morning hours, reccomend.

Good hotel. 8 minutes from airport. Large rooms. Attention for detail. Really comfortable big beds with 5 different kind of pillows (hard and soft), refrigerator! (how many airport hotels have stopped with refrigerator and why?), iron machine, nice lotions in bathroom, 24 hour shuttle service, all good.

Great hotel very friendly staff. Always stay here when we have a early morning flight overseas. They park you car free for 11 days anything over that just a small fee. Service to airport and return. Great place, staying again late May 2020

Room was great! All of the amenities you would hope for. Front desk staff friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Wait staff and food amazing. And shuttle to the airport.

I went for a conference here. All their meat is halal and they had the most amazing flavour some food!

Room large, bed great bathroom great. Was with large group staying. Buffet was abysmal $39 very overpriced for what you got. Couldn't use safe, was situated on FLOOR in cupboard. Couldn't see instructions, when I figured it out, it was DEAD, called for assistance, could not fix, never saw them again. Didn't seem to care. For people of a certain age they would not be able to use the safe let alone see the front panel, situated on the floor, surely a shelf would be appropriate. Then lots of banging noises in night, were they doing construction in night? Felt my stay was overpriced, wake up Jetpark.

Close to the Airport, safe carparking area, classy hotel, restaurant is a tad Pricey, overall nice helpful friendly staff

From the moment we were picked up by the free airport shuttle bus to drop off and stay, we were made welcome. Defintely recommend

We loved our stay at this hotel, nice and tidy, lovely staff, definitely would recommend it. The only disappointment was buffet with no choice of chicken or fish (only pork or lamb) but I guess it's up to personal preferences. Thank you guys!

Much better stay than last time. Room kept very clean. Great housekeeping. Will be better when the restaurant opens again. Not a fan of how they keep the soft cheeses out for hours.

Conveniently close to Auckland Airport.offer alot of parking and also trolleys for passengers to transport their bags insidr the hotel and up to their rooms.airport shuttle transfer is also available or taxi services

Best food you can find in any hotel in Auckland, amazing staff and fantastic rooms. My wife and I will definitely be coming back. Vava is the best driver to have, he's an absolute champion and I hope to see him again for a pick up when we visit next time

Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed. Strange that there wasn't a soap dish in the shower. The only real disappointment was the reception lady when I checked in. She didn't seem quite as up to par as the others, but maybe she was new. I'd definitely return. The dessert (pictured) was to die for, though very rich

Great stopover on the way too Bali, and you can leave your car here and get a van to the airport and a pick up service is a great idea.
