Booked in 10 days before hand, advised what wanted done & asked for courtesy car to be arranged.

Duly arrived on the day. Oh no we have no courtesy car. You can sit on the steps and wait for an hour or two.

Won't go back.

Booked my car here for a Warrant of fitness on Monday (Turns put it was Labour day). Double checked with the receptionist when booking they were ACTUALLY going to be open that day to which they confirmed.
Got my car all ready for them and showed up - Closed.
Called the after hours mobile number just in case I had the wrong location and the phone wasn’t even turned on.
I mean, if you cant rely on them to even remember a public holiday…. Can you rely on them with your car and safety?
Stuff this place, I’m going elsewhere.

Avoid Joshua Motors for servicing, particularly of European cars. Went in for simple service/ oil change on my Porsche Cayenne, and they completely stuffed it up. Car had warnings after leaving the shop that was >1.5L low on Oil. Shop assured me 100% they had put enough in. After another 3 days issue still apparent so I went back and made them drain oil in front of me, turned out car was more than 2L short on oil! And I found they had used the wrong specification oil for my Diesel. I had to pour new oil in myself to make sure it was correct, which now it is, just crazy. Two stuff ups and what is most frustrating is that despite me wasting my time driving around and trying to sort this out they were assuring me they had done it correctly, but they simply hadn't, and their customer has to fix the issue. I have no trust in this place and don't believe they have professional mechanics capable of working on high-end cars. A simple stuff up like this can cause serious engine wear and is just completely unacceptable. AVOID.

Great service, time and quality. Great with keeping me posted in regards to what was wrong with my car and what need to be done to fix the issue. Definitely will be back in the future

Being new to Auckland, I had no idea where to go for a WOF or car repairs. Joshua Motors was recommended to me by the local Tyre shop, and I'm so glad I went there! I was quite intimidated by the fancy cars around the work shop but I had nothing to worry about. Really friendly, explained everything to me and reasonably priced. I felt they were really honest and that they were genuine. I've recommended them to a few of my friends, would definitely go back! Thanks team!

Sunny and the team definitely know what they are doing. I have had the rust in my car fixed twice there now and the quality of the job is amazing and the value is good, a combo not often found together. The work is very thoughrough and completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend

Very neglectful and inattentive, definitely won't be back and won't reccomend to anyone I know! When getting a WOF you want to feel looked after, told correct and thorough information, and given the appropriate next steps in a professional manner. None of that was given at Joshua Motors

This Sonny person went to lambo took a video of my car before delivery and posted on tiktok, I told him to delete it but he told me the sales allowed him to take the vid, but he didn’t say he was going to post on his business Tiktok account.

Serviced my car. Waiting to hear back from Vero re damage underneath caused by my driving over a raised lane divider on a dark and rainy night.

Me and my Partner took our car to them for Insurance Panel work on my New RAV4, glad to say they are very fast and the quality of the paint did not disappoint.

Very knowledgeable mechanics - the caliber of cars there speaks for themselves. Tian in particular is top notch in customer service and communication. Makes everything a breeze.

Terrible service, better off to go somewhere else! Was booked for a WOF at 11 am and advised it would take an hour (which is really long for just a WOF). Returned at 12 and only then was informed that the officer who can do WOF isn't in yet. They had my number and didn't bother to inform me earlier. Then staff said I could come back at 1 but it might be best to go somewhere else.
These guys used to be really good but since there's been new people it's not worth going.

Great service i was kept informed of costs throughout the repairs i wouldn't take my corvette to anyone else, once the mechanical repairs were complete i got their panel & paint shop to tidy up some damage to the front and rear guards my car was ready on the date promised paint was perfect and car runs like a dream. Very professional team.

Brought my car in for a last minute Brake Job at 5PM on a friday before going on holiday. They worked like greased lightning and got it done in less than an hour, ALSO pointed out multiple things to look out for on the vehicle. A solid mechanic that is faster than most I have dealt with.
