Was told it would cost around $400 for a full replacement of my wing mirror from super dismissive staff. Was also told it would take a day to come and a few hours to replace.
Was offered cheaper option but was told then it wouldn't pass a warrant. So why would I bother paying for work that I would have to get redone!?

Went elsewhere got it done in literally 2 minutes flat at no charge! Shop around, don't take an answer that doesn't make sense.

Fast an efficient, would highly recommend. Had my engine mounts replaced with no hassle. Tian was a delight and made clear to me all my options before proceeding.

Had booking at 3 waited an hour for them to get started on my car, wasted my work time, they ended up using thicker oil which may reduce performance, I which they would ask before using different oil, as I don't know how it will effect the engine later, $166 for that service seems bit ruff, on top of that I was waiting to get out while a friend and owner having a chat, I felt like rubbish, be more professional next time, if I got take a long trip from papakura.

Good, friendly, quick service. I'm new to Auckland so this was my first time going to these guys for my WOF and they got it done no trouble.

Used Joshua Motors via the AutoMax card that I got online. They were excellent. Professional service, happy to help, nice and efficient. Went in for a Warrant initially but liked them so much I'm using them for my servicing now too.

I swear to god I paid them over $1200 - when I got my car back it still stalled at traffic lights (it was an automatic!), and a couple of days later when I looked under the bonnet, my battery was taped in silver gaffer tape and oozing rust coloured sludge. I took it elsewhere to *actually* fix it and they didn't believe I hadn't taped up the battery myself. That's how amateur it was. Never ever EVER again. Save your money and your car, don't go here

Towed in my mazda mx5 this morning with short notice for starter repair, got done by end of the day. That's very fast turnaround time indeed, thank you.

I have been with Joshua motors for a couple of years now, I have found them to be excellent at what they do.
Friendly, helpful, and able to sort out my requirements as to my needs and budget.
Would be nice if they had a coffee machine ;) hint hint

My Car got rear ended a while back, brought it in to get a price, they went above and beyond to work around my budget, and the quality of the painting was amazing, will be going back for other panel work!

Just got some panel work done on my car, nice job & fast turnaround. Good communication & easy to deal with. A loan car has been provided which made life easier:) Highly recommended.
