Junk Run

Ruth and Quinton were very helpful and professional and the service was straightfoward. My only reservation is the way they treated the stuff to be collected. I had some good furniture in amongst the junk and I had understood from Ruth that they would treat it with care and take it to a charity shop. However they treated everything pretty much like junk. The futon was rained on and the good furniture was damaged as they loaded it. So long as the stuff you want picked up really is junk this is an excellent service, but if any of it is of any quality maybe look elsewhere.

Fantastic people. I called in the morning, sent them photo's of items I wanted removed. They measured up from the photo's and came and picked it up in the afternoon. Had an EFTPOS machine on hand. Quick and easy! Super helpful nice guys to deal with, (office staff and the truck guys) and very responsive.

I needed some rubbish cleared at short notice. Junk Run were fast, prompt, effecient and were most certainly value for money. The office staff and men on the day were an absolute delight to deal with and went above and beyond to insure a great result. Thats 5 stars ***** from me indeed:)

Queen size bed mattress and base had become impossible to handle in senior years, so sought environmentally responsible assistance for disposal. The Junk Run Team were excellent in communication and reliable. The truck team of Quinton and Julian did a really admirable job loading the mattress and base onto the truck in one of Auckland's really intense rainfall periods. I am very grateful for their reliability.

We actually didn't intend to use Junk Run's services as their quote was more expensive than others, but we accidentally called the wrong number back to book. Fortunately, the people from Junk Run were super understanding and gave us the lower-tier price (which was still more than our best quotes, but not too bad). Additionally, the crew were super professional and did a great job.

I initially made enquires at the phone number listed on my Google search and was given an explanation of services offered by Hayley. She was excellent to deal with. Because of her helpful manner I decided to engage Junk Run. Dave and Junior were the pick up men. They were quick efficient polite and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend if the same service was given to others and I would definitely use them again if need be.

Very positive experience and highly recommended. Arrived on time, did the collection with no fuss and the two men on the truck were very polite and friendly. Good value too, and it's good to know that as much of the load as possible will be re-used instead of being landfilled.

I recently used Junk Run to remove a pile of junk /recycling after cleaning out my garage. They responded very quickly to emails answering my questions and arranged a time for the pick up. The guys that did the pick up contacted me when they were on their way and were very professional. They had the junk all collected within about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Junk Run and will definitely use their services again.

Junk Run always impress us with their efficiency, timeliness and value for money. We really like how they reuse/recycle as much as they can. The collection team take care to clean up too. We love Junk Run and happily recommend them to others.

We had a bunch of stuff to clear out of the garage before doing a kitchen renovation and needed the space. Junk Run were quick to respond, able to come within a day or two and - for me -knowing the stuff will be passed on to people who want it, and can still use it, without having to go around all the different second hand shops myself, made life much easier!
