These guys will take and sort your junk out for reuse. It was hard to let go of our stuff that we've built up over time, so it made it easier that someone else took them away to sort and reuse back it to the community. Even though we could have just gotten a rubbish skip, we know that we did our bit to minimise pollution for future generations. Highly recommended. Friendly, respectful and pleasant to deal with. I am inspired by their attitude.

We had to move during level 3 lockdown. Junk Run provided a brilliant Service. They booked us in during AL 4 and prioritised our rubbish removal. They came on time and took everything away. Their two staff were friendly snd courteous. We couldn’t have asked fir more!

Junk Run were very helpful, they came as arranged and loaded my electric organ that was not able to be repaired into the their truck. I would strongly recommend them as excellent for removing surplus un wanted clutter at a reasonable cost.

The two guys turned up on time, werer really polite and helpful, loaded everything up and shot off, all with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this service, we found it great value for money and very convenient. We like it that they try and re-use as much as possible as well.

I appreciated the phone call to let me know the truck was on its way. Items I thought were useless were taken away to be repurposed and the burden of getting rid of unwanted items was lessened by calling in the Junk Run team.

Daylight Robbery! - Really disappointing service from this company. Booked them in for removal of 4-5 M3 construction waste and was told they would be there between 8am - 12pm. I waited around all morning and phoned them to ask of whereabouts, then they tell me the booking was between 8am - 2pm. I needed to be out by 2pm so, I arranged for them to call when they arrive and give me the cost. The driver told me it was 10M3 and the cost would be around $1000 on the phone. There was no way that his estimate of the volume was accurate as I measured the pile of waste before making the booking. We could not agree the measure or cost so I sent them on there way. Total waste of time and a rip off. The website claims that cost is more efficient than hiring a skip, this is total rubbish! (excuse the pun). I ordered a 9M3 skip the following day for $350 and filled just over half of it. Buyer beware.
