I have a beautiful new kitchen by Kitchen Studio.while they and all the trade people making my new kitchen, kitchen Studio showed the qualities that only a big and trustworthy company can offer.not only they delivered a beautiful, functional and high standard kitchen to me, they also won my trust in them.

Having renovations done of any size and magnitude is not for the faint-hearted, however, there has been so much to be grateful for when working with the Kitchen Studio North Team.
From the start, we had Michael design our kitchen & scullery. He listened to all our wants and needs and presented us with a kitchen that was both functional and stylish. Thank you.

Kitchen Studio recently completed our kitchen, Michael, our designer made some great suggestions to improve our worktop problems and lighting which was inadequate as well as listening and incorporating our requirements into the kitchen design. We now have a kitchen that functions perfectly, as well as looking fantastic. Dylan, who fitted the kitchen had a great eye for detail and came even though he had to navigate landslips and traffic queues due to the floods in the area. We would definitely recommend Kitchen Studio and in particular Michael as their designer and Dylan as their fitter.

Great design, service and installation for our new kitchen. One of the few contractors on our renovation project to take real pride in the outcome through the all phases of the work and were really patient with our design queries (we're not the easiest customers) as well as construction delays that were caused by others.

We reached out to Kitchen Studio to perform our kitchen renovation. Natasha our designer was great, she designed us a kitchen with balance between function and aesthetics. The whole team made the process simple and easy. Would highly recommend.

I made contact with kitchen studio at the North Shore home and garden show. Their designer Michael visited my home at no cost, listened and came up with some great ideas. I then went to the studio to see the computer model of my new kitchen and the products that I could choose from actually installed. All this gave me confidence to go ahead.
The delivery and installation schedule was seamless and checks were made by the designer and installer to make sure I was happy. I am very pleased with the finished kitchen. Thanks to all the team. I would definitely recommend Kitchen studio.

Such an embarrassment of a well known New Zealand organization. They send a different worker for the kitchen renovation throughout the process due to a ‘packed schedule’, this interferes with the smooth progression of the kitchen renovation, and exposes them to make marginal errors here and there, and it takes up so much time explaining to the new worker, explaining to them where the previous worker left it off at. This happened way too often for a 2 month job. Besides the fact that its a long period of time for them to finish the kitchen renovation, they really had the guts to delay the whole process because the worker has a ‘packed schedule’ again! We are still waiting for our kitchen to be finished renovated till this day when the job should be already done couple days ago, we were using a portable gas cooker for 2 months, and it looks like its going to take another couple weeks patching up all the mistakes they have made (the drawers feel stiff, mild scratches to the surface here and there, the cabinets that are supposedly turn 360 degrees does not work) At this point its really just a joke of an organization, they should really take it to more professional manner especially considering that its a $50000 job. You will not meet your expectations with this company… please don’t waste your time and energy and money with them. They ask you to pay two installments, first payment we didn’t notice much faults, (there was only one worker, and he was a hard working kiwi man, but didn’t seem reliable, took days off and also did not clean the toilet after using it) but after the last installment, their attitude changes, its like as if they just don’t really care about your situation, as long as they get the job done no matter how long it takes kind of attitude, its awful! We are not even satisfied with the quality of the kitchen nor the service! We should’ve got it done by a private institution which would’ve taken less time and less money with better quality, and better professional service! What a waste of $50000, we are looking into other kitchen renovation companies to patch up their mistakes!

I chose Kitchen Studio to remodel the kitchen. I liked the plan very much. However, the installer did not come without any contact during the installation process. With the scheduled installer unable to come. The installed cabinet is not working properly as the installer, which is less professional, has been replaced twice. I think the inspector should come and check and reinstall them. The Kitchen Studios said it was not at this stage and said the OPT team would send new schedule and reports by last Friday, but there was no contact. What a disappointing act. I look forward to the professional responsible behavior of the Kitchen Studio and a satisfactory finish within the scheduled time. I think it fits the reputation of Kitchen Studios.

I used Kitchen Studio (North Shore) to fully redesign my kitchen and was impressed with the level of detail provided from the outset. The process was smooth from the initial brief, design, renders and installation.

Even with some slight COVID related issues, the works were done to an incredibly high standard and in some cases, the installation team went over and above by creating toe kicks for the stove to match the new cabinetry.

I would certainly recommend Kitchen Studio (North Shore) if you are looking to get a professional designed kitchen.

We had a really disappointing experience with these guys. We were happy with the design process and are very happy with our final product. However, most of the steps in between left a lot to be desired. We understand that it has been a difficult time for the industry with Covid-related disruptions. However the multitude of cabinet manufacturing errors, installation hiccups and the very poor communication from KS North Shore were really disappointing and contributed to nearly a year elapsing between when our existing kitchen was ripped out and our new kitchen was finally completely installed. There are lots of great people who work for KS North Shore, however, I really hope the company manages to improve its processes going forward so that our experience isn't shared by other customers.

Do not use this company - our experience was a nightmare. They are disorganised and incompetent. There are plenty of other companies to use on the North Shore, you will regret choosing this one.

The Kitchen Studio team have come together to produce a fabulous kitchen for us. We had a difficult area to work with, central to the house and needing to link with different functions. Michael developed different options with us to enhance our space. He had the patience to really listen and act on what we needed. There was a lot of waiting for materials etc but the professional installers and Tegan in the office worked hard to bring the kitchen to fruition in the way that we wanted. We are very happy with the results.

Karen said " these drawers will change your life! " and they did.we had drawers put into our pantry to replace shelving and there is no longer any hard to reach areas. They are elegant and run smoothly and hold even the weight of my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. As a professional baker I use my pantry constantly and have had so much pleasure from the drawers.

We highly recommend North Shore Kitchen Studio. Surita their designer came up with a creative, modern design that gave us far more work space and made the kitchen much easier to use. From our first meeting to the sign off we found the team helpful, friendly and professional. They worked around Covid delays with whiteware that we’d ordered and unexpected structural problems in our old house.
We love our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in using Kitchen Studio again
Update…We have now been using our kitchen for a couple of months and there’s absolutely nothing I would change. Everything works well and seems to be in just the right place.

We realy enjoyed working with Michael and Kitchen Studio. Michael listened to our requirements and came up with with some great ideas to achieve what we wanted. Nothing was too difficult.

Surita designed a fabulous kitchen for us. We simply love it! Excellent communication, professional and efficient. (all this during Auckland lockdown!).
