Kitchen Studio North Shore

We would highly recommend Kitchen Studio North Shore to anyone looking at installing a new kitchen. All of our dealings with them have been very professional. The kitchen was designed by Nisa, and it has turned out to be everything we could have wished for. It isn't just a great looking kitchen, everything has been carefully designed for practicality as well. The installers, plumbers, painters, electricians etc were all excellent and everything was done on time. We are very happy with the result.

I am very impressed with how the showroom is so beautifully presented and how welcomed I felt the moment I walked in the door. Great professional service with super kind friendly staff. I highly recommend.

A final progress comment for this project.

My kitchen is now fully completed! Although it's still small, but it's cosy bright and modern. I am very satisfied. I believe Kitchen Studio has done their best for my kitchen, they have magically transitioned it from an old style to a modern and half open plan completely new look!

I would like to say a big thank you to the Kitchen Studio Northshore Director Paul Collins. He followed my case by himself, visited the site several times. He is an excellent leader and a quick decision maker. From my experience that in his business he definetly put customer first as well as providing the highest quality of the design and products.

I also would like to say thank you for my designer Nisa. She is very patient person. She provided me 3 options of the design and modified all the details to fit my need.

I have just experienced from an unhappy customer to a super satisfied customer. This could only happen in the Kitchen Studio Northshore. No wonder it is the most trusted brand in NZ! I would strongly recommend Kitchen Studio North Shore to my friends, family and clients.

A quick update with the progress.

After I posted a comment on 30/06/2020. The director of the Kitchen Studio Northshore Paul straight away sent me emails, messages and gave me phone calls. He met me on site the next day morning. I was very impressed with his efficient.

Paul was very patient. He listened my story and proposed a few solutions straight away. The next day, he followed up my case and insisted to come over again next week to make sure things are under the right direction. Very good customer service and excellent leadership.

So far I am satisfied with the solution. I rate 3 stars for now and we will see how it goes when everything is fully finished.

Super disappointed with the schedule.

Fully paid the fees on time. Started the job on 5/05/2020, but I was told today that I still have to wait till 22/07/2020 to get my splash back glass installed. They haven't even measured it yet. All these days my kitchen is just sealed and pending there. Not acceptable and it is misleading to me. Especially at the begining I was told by the designer that I am not able to use the kitchen for only 1 week, but now it has been over a month.

My builder told me that the entire house renovation is gonna finish this week. However, my kitchen is still on the way. Electrician is not able to install the switch and connect all the appliances till the splash back glass is installed.

Gave them a call, I was trying to ask them to speed it up and solve the problem. The explanation from the manager was: bench is not installed yet, it takes time. Only bench is installed then they can measure the splash glass. My debate is, you contracted with the builder to install my kitchen, it is your responsibilities to follow up the whole schedule and delivery the services. Never over promise anything.

I told the manager that I am not going to recommend kitchen studio to my friends and family. I was questioned back from him: so what other brands can you recommend? Ummm, arrogant.

I am trying to be nice to hide all these names. I hope it is only just me had a bad experience. The others have better experiences from the kitchen studio.

Natasha helped design a timeless kitchen for our new build farmhouse, north of Wellsford. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, gave great ideas and knowledgeably shared information about products on the market we could consider. If she believed we would regret a decision we were making she took time to explain why it wouldn't work, but at all times she was collaborative and we are pleased we took her advice. Natasha was supported by Jason, a professional installer, and the office staff who communicated the stage of the install and made the process smooth, especially challenging for the team - given our kitchen was installed before and after the Covid lockdown. We would highly recommend Kitchen Studio North Shore thinking of renovating or installing a new kitchen.

We couldnt be happier with our kitchen - Surita our designer from the Northshore branch was amazing & came up with innovative ideas which have tranformed a restricted space into a large spacious kitchen with more space than we can fill. Her design was so impressive that we didnt even bother to consider a cheaper quote from another company. We booked the kitchen after the homeshow & KS promised it would be installed before Xmas & I was nervous but they achieved the deadline. Andrew our installer is a craftsman & a perfectionist - tough space to work with but it didn't phase him & my nephew who was our builder commented on how good he was. I also have no doubt that they will stand behind their products & rectify any future issues.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen from Kitchen Studio North Shore. Natasha, the designer came up with some brilliant ideas and gave us just the kitchen we required. We wouldn't change a thing. The whole process was very professional and we would certainly recommend Kitchen Studio to friends.

After 30yrs we have just had our new kitchen installed by Kichen Studio and designed by Natasha.
I was a little set in my ways but thankfully Natasha assured me the design would be great. Well it has far surpassed all expectations. I have more space and ease of use is wonderful and it looks amazing.

We first met Nisa at the Auckland Home Show. She was very easy to talk too and we came away feeling confident they could deliver us the kitchen and laundry we wanted. We followed up with meetings at their office. Nisa designed the perfect kitchen for our requirements with the limited space we had to work with. Everything went well until Covid. Post Covid, we once again picked up where we left off. Everything went according to plan and budget. There were no delays with any installation or sub contractors and we are very happy with our new kitchen and laundry. Andrew our installer was very professional as were all of the people involved in our project. We highly recommend using Kitchen Studio as they are totally professional and easy to deal with.

Just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed working with Natasha! She came up with a lovely design for my new kitchen; can't wait for completion.

This was the 3rd kitchen we have had Natasha design for us. The timeframe was longer than anticipated which caused some frustrations however overall we were happy with the end result.

I had Kitchen Studio install a kitchen for me 7 years ago and it is still looking as good as the day it was put in. A great job and would thoroughly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with Natasha from Kitchen Studio North Shore. We are loving our new kitchen, which looks amazing and is very functional. Natasha was excellent to work with and captured what we wanted perfectly. She was really flexible and friendly, even managing to work with our kids running amok in the background without batting an eyelid)

We had an excellent experience with the Kitchen Studio team. It is nerve-wracking choosing a company as it's such a big investment. We felt confident from the beginning because Andrea really listened to what we wanted and gave various price options, giving great advice about where not to take short cuts. Her design has transformed our lounge/dining/kitchen space and everyone comments on what an amazing job it is to have such a workable kitchen in a smallish space. The tradesmen were a terrific bunch and it was always a pleasure having them in our home. Tegan's scheduling of the job was incredible - I am so glad we didn't try to DIY.

Working with Kitchen Studio North Shore and their designer Natasha was an easy process for us. Natasha was great at listening to our needs and wants for our new kitchen and suggested some different options to make our kitchen better. The installation process ran like clockwork, any issues we had (which were few and minor) were sorted out immediately. Natasha came up with a brilliant design and Tegan was fantastic at managing the whole project. Paul and Karen looked after us the whole way through. It was an excellent team effort and we are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen!
