Thankfully I only put in a small, simple order, as I’m only out of pocket a small amount of $, several months after ordering an item which turned out to be not in stock, nor able to be supplied within a reasonable time period. Apparently arranging a refund is a major challenge. Buyer beware. I’ll stick with the larger players for reliability. 2 stars because it’s not the kiwi way to put 1 star.

I would put at least two stars more- so professional and customer orientated company.
