If it's not in stock, it's shipped from the supplier directly. If it is in stock it's here within 24 hours usually (and if not its the courier, not Kiwi Office). Prices are excellent. Bought some stuff online. Checked in with them after a week cause it hasn’t arrived. Turns out, the pencils I ordered isn’t available in the country so I just asked for a refund. Had to contact them again after a week or so just to follow up about the refund. They’ve such poor communication skills and customer service
