Koikaa - Custom Made Curtains and Blinds

The prices shown on the website is incorrect. After paying online I was emailed asking to pay more. They said this was a mistake in their IT department. Good service when it came to sorting out the issue and giving me a refund, as the price was significantly more than what I initially payed for.
Also staff reviewed their own website, which I didn't realise untill being in contact with them and seeing the same names.

SUPER SLOW. It took me more than 5 weeks to receive my curtains since I had placed the order. They never contacted me about the delay until I did. They told me they provide curtain hooks but they didn't send them. Over all it was a frustrating shopping experience and not a great customer service.

We had our block and sheer curtains done by Kim. The fabric is just beautiful for both of them. The look of the curtains is exactly what I envisioned and Kim did 100% justice to my vision. I am very happy with the service I recieved which is very reliable and fast.

Great friendly service. Initially I received two free samples for velevet curtains but the colour did not match my interior so I took a chance and ordered a different colour from the online colour chart on the website. The colour was true and the curtains look fabulous and trendy. The order was delivered within the given time frame and it arrived with bonus free ties which I did not expect. I recommend this business and will not hesitate to order again from Kim for my next decoration project.

Absolutely amazed with the friendly customer service and quality of our curtains! We told Kim that we we're after sheer curtains to be used as dividers in between our beauty beds at our salon. She was on the same wavelength as us and was very knowledgable with her products, from the different kinds of patterns/colours right down to the tracks and hooks. Installation was done exactly when she said it would be done too. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for making it so easy!

A five start review for a five star product. I was a little skeptical at the time of order and that's the reason why I am reviewing. Not a lot of smaller businesses get good reviews because of their low quality products. I am attaching some photos of the products delivered and they look exactly what I wanted. The owner who manages it all is a very nice lady and get things done as you want. Total custom job work.
