Tim and the team were very professional, and good communicators. They worked in with our Solar installers to enable them to use their scaffolding. His staff were tidy workers and polite and friendly. They demolished our chimney and you can't see where it's been. We would highly recommend.

This company puts homeowners in touch with Kowhai's own list of preferred roofing maintenance, renovation and roofing installation contractors in your area. You are hiring the contractor direct. Not Kowhai. Kowhai is just a geographic referrer. Over time there can be a change to who is the "Kowhai" contractor in your area. The new one does not takeover responsibility from one you used for your work. Having said that.the contractor I did use came back to fix under warranty even though he was no longer "the Kowhai guy" in my area.

Brilliant service from Martin Culpan (West Auckland) and his team. Great communication throughout the re-roof, reasonable cost and his team were really polite and courteous. Did a great job with virtually no disruption to us and the result was amazing.

Extremely professional and expert service. Fantastic communication and response to my inquiry regarding inspecting, quoting and repairing my roof in the middle of winter, thus preventing water leakage into my house which was 1 x day away from its first open house. Highly recommend them for people needing roof work done.

With all this wet weather here in Auckland the older roofs like mine have been taking a real pounding lately. No surprises the small leaks start to show up again as it did in my ceiling. The call went out to Kowhai to Martin Culpan a West Auckland Kowhia contractor. This was the second time I've had Martin in to take a look at my roof, the last being four years ago. Once again great service, great to deal with on the phone, on time with the correct tiles for replacement and it was sorted out very quickly. Now that's service and if every tradie took this lesson and approach to build there business and reputation, they will never look back.

I had a very difficult time getting in touch with the Wellington team. Would not answer calls or respond to my messages for 10 days. I connected with someone from the national/Auckland group who was responsive, but could never get the local rep on the phone. Eventually received an email saying that work on my roof was out of scope and/or capacity.with no further explanation and again not able to get them on the phone. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Still waiting now almost 4 months for someone to make initial contact about quoting the job I require
