Lahood made a mistake and put my curtains up too high so that the heat pump couldn't fully open. Once they learned of this, they came back lowered the rods turned up the curtains and filled in the holes and painted. A lovely job. They came and rectified the situation as soon as they could. I'm very happy with the finished result.
Rude, Peter La Hood will not listen when someone who is two inches from being run over on a crossing by one of his vehicles: GLY663 is the licence plate of the silver 4WD. He was rung to be informed and was told that he would not listen, then I was hung up on by him.
People like him should NEVER EVER be in a management role, let alone any form of customer service area.
