During the last lockdown our old oven died. We asked Laser Electrical to install the new one. The electrician they sent out to us arrived bang on time, wore a mask as it was still level three at the time, and identified at once that there was a problem with the way the house had been wired that would necessitate extra work and extra parts. He went and got the parts straight away and got the job done in a very timely fashion. He was a model of professional courtesy, explaining a complex electrical issue in layman’s terms and suggesting practical solutions. The bill for the work was slightly lower than I expected, given that the work was done on a Saturday morning and was characterised as an after hours callout. Excellent work, good value for money.

Responsive, professional, competent, courteous, tidy. Did a great job installing my heaters and patiently explaining options.

Service was awesome, Dylan came in and smashed out the job and was friendly while he did it. Didn’t mind our annoying dog barking at him either!

I've been using Laser Electrical long before they changed their name. They're exceptionally reliable and being a big firm, I feel they have a name to protect and so offer great service. A+

Great service. I had to replace my washing machine and remembered at the last minute that the old one was hard wired into the wall. They were able to come within a couple of hours and put in a new socket, and fixed my heated towel rail at the same time.

Booked an electrician who spent two hours in my grandmas garage talking on his phone, doing nothing and wracking up a big bill. I left him around 915am and he had all the quotes already and said it would only take 10 minutes to check the fuse box. An absolute rip off considering they charge by the hour and he did NO WORK! Just a quote. How does a quote take two hours? How does a quote cost over $250 when it should’ve taken under an hour? No help from customer service either.

Called them twice for an urgent after hours power outage last week - both calls went to answerphone where I left detailed messages. No one returned my calls that night or at all to date.
Went with WISDOM ELECTRICAL LTD who personally answered their after hours phone and sorted a visit immediately.

Quick service at a good price. Cheaper than other companies but they do a fantastic job. I had another company attend before Laser and the guy couldn’t fix my power outage (first of all he was too old and weak to pull out a fuse for starters). The laser electrician came in and was young yet very Knowledgeable and actually left with everything working. Couldn’t recommend a better electrician service

Good company, quality work, just make sure they come at the time you discussed together or be flexible. Recommended.

Would highly recommend Laser electrical. An efficient helpful company with excellent communication and prompt service. The electrician who came to help was outstanding as he was extremely thorough and diligent in finding difficult to source electrical fault.

Easy to deal with, prompt and appears to be to be a fair price for the work done. No reason not to use again!

Booking was at 2, I had to phone laser to find out if they where still coming to do the job half an hour after they where to arrive, I got told that they would follow up and get back to me, it took them another 45 minutes to call me back and said that the electrician would be at my place shortly. The electrician arrived an hour later so all in all 2.5 hours late, so I said I would pay for half an hours labour or they can go home and so their manager sent them home. Terrible communication, not professional at all and no care taken in my situation. Very disappointed.

Laser Electrical are a very reliable service if you want really professional electricians you can depend on. Turn up on time, don't send you nasty surprises in the bill. Highly recommend!

Have used Laser Electrical 3 times now - twice for standard electrical work (fitting security cameras and adding power points) and once for wiring our house for LAN. Each time, the team have been friendly (especially the technicians) and did a great, tidy and comprehensive job. Highly recommended.
