Massive thanks to Ben and Aaron from Laser Electrical in dealing with an incident that happened early last month! The integrity and professionalism displayed by both were out of this world and humbling. Highly recommend this company as very honest and punctual to demands.

So far the experience I have had has not been pleasant. I rang them on the 14th of June to book my job on the 26th of June at 7: 30am, hoping the job would be done by lunch time as I have two other appointments booked on the same day. On that morning nobody showed up. I rang them to ask why and find out they didn't book me at all. Even though they managed to get somebody to come in the afternoon, I had to spend the whole morning waiting and had to cancel my other two appointments in the afternoon.

They charged me $440 to install five lights and they didn't do a good enoug job. One of the light in the dinning room was not leveled, three lights in my kitchen above the bench were not at the same level and the one in the middle was not leveled. Tried to contact them to come back and adjust them for me and they wanted to charge me and refused to come back at all. When trying to reason with them, they tried to blame back to me that I didn'y buy the suitable lights. Well, you accepted the job and you get paid every minute you work on it, why wouldn't I expect a good outcome of every dollar I paid.

I paid for the bill straight after I received it on the 1st of July, and received another bill on the 8th of July asking me to pay for it again.

Will file a claim through dispute tribunal to collect the money that I have to spend to fix their job.

Highly recommended very professional, efficient and kind. It was their first at our monastery but yet worked so quietly we didn't know they were there. Such respectful young men. Thank you Cooper and Mikey! Job well done. God bless

Great experience, Ive had these guys do my work for years, they are always fantastic. Ontime, polite, they always clean up, most importantly they get the job done on time and with no issues.

The Team at Laser Auckland have helped us out on a number of jobs, including a full rewiring of the house, replacing old lights with LEDs, installation of the alarm system and heat pump.
