Excellent service, and appreciated the call from Brad this afternoon to check that i was happy with the job. Nice touch.

An appointment was made within a couple of days of me requesting one, at a time that suited me, I was phoned to let me know the plumber was going to arrive slightly after the agreed time and the job was done in a friendly, professional and timely manner to a high standard. I would highly reccommend Laser Plumbing.

The speed, willingness and expertise of the tradesman that arrived after hours when I called for help!

Laser Plumbing provided a very quick response time to my service call, a friendly, clean and knowledgeable tradesman, a competitive price and got the repair work done efficiently and fast. I would most definitely use their services again.

Would highly recommend Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. We recently used them to plumb out our kitchen and laundry during a renovation. As with most renovations dates and times get moved around a lot, Laser Plumbing East Tamaki were so accommodating and I couldn't have asked for better. Brad and his team were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever a problem. I would 100% use them again.

We wanted a quote for replacing all the water pipes of the house, a guy name's Brad, asked me a lot of weird questions: how many people are in the family? Have they all been vaccinated? He made an appointment for a quote inspection but changed again and again, but still failed to come. Finally he came to our house without a or phone or message to inspect for a quote, he did not do inspection work but asked me for the piping documents of the house. This is weird and ridiculous too, he could have asked me by a phone call if it's really necessary for a plumber, do not need come to my home to ask me for any document! And also I do not think a professional plumber needs any previous document for re-piping water pipes. This guy is so weird, not professional at all. Never use them.

Discussing my plumbing problem over the phone with the knowledgeable receptionist (Karen), gave an impression of a capable company. At very short notice she arranged for a plumber who punctually arrived at the specified time. Plumber (Kunal) was friendly and totally professional. He studied the plumbing problem, thought about it for 2 minutes and then proceeds to fix it. In less than 30 minutes, the problem was fixed. Laser Plumbing East Tamaki is totally dependable to do an honest professional job – peace of mind & no worry. Highly recommended AAA+. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I was recommended to use Laser Plumbing by a friend. It turned out I had quite a serious issue and I am so relieved to have chosen true professionals. Reliable, quick to come and even juggled other jobs so that my issue could be rectified more quickly. Brad, Mark, Harrison kept me informed regularly and I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing which they did! Left my property spotless after having to dig a crater in my back garden and even cleaned out my leaf filled gully trap out of the goodness of their hearts on the way out. Huge thanks for dealing with what seemed to me like a nightmare in such a supportive way! I won’t use anyone else for future work.

Jaycob was superb. He quickly replaced our insinkerator, tidied up thoroughly, was friendly throughout, all while juggling Level 3 restrictions. Would highly recommend Laser East Tamaki and Jaycob for their professionalism.

I have used Laser Plumbing in the past for normal plumbing issues in normal conditions and have been very happy with their work. But a recent emergency call to them in after hours Level 4 conditions has elevated their status to next level amazing. The politeness, clarity and responsiveness of the person answering my emergency phone call on a Saturday night, after hours and in Level 4 was amazing and reassuring. The work was then completed within a couple of hours of my phone call so we could continue our weekend with water. The person who completed the work was polite, competent and respectful and wore ppe gear - very professional. Laser Plumbing were overall amazing, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I had requested service during Level Four and when we went into Level Three I didn't have to follow up to get an appointment they came back to me which I appreciate.

My plumber (Jonathon) was very friendly, good around my dogs, did the job well and efficiently.

I have used Laser Plumbing East Tamaki for a few years now. They are reputable, friendly and well-trained.

The service from Karen at the office as well as the service shown onsite (Jarrod i think) was fantastic. It was friendly, informative and the site area was left clean and tidy.

My new home’s pipe and tap doesn’t fit my new washing machine. The plumber had replaced a set of new pipe and tap to fix the problem. Professional service, friendly and reliable plumber. Although there was a little leak after the job done but Karen rapidly arranged the plumber come back on the next day and fixed it.

Friendly and competent staff booking and then the person doing the job. Good communication in notifying me plumber was delayed at previous job. Prompt service. Good pricing.

Punctual and friendly, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and economically for the agreed upon price. Also was great with my dog! Highly recommended.

Arrived on time and quickly found where the leak was and carried out the repair in just on the hour he was finished. He also recommended a possible solution to the problem long term and we are pursuing that option.

Amazing team. They responded to our call within hours. Jonathan came out to have a look at a burst water main pipe and had it fixed within half an hour. The cost of repair was on point with the quote. Will absolutely use your services again. Thanks!
