Called in to the premises and spoke to a "consultant".
He asked me for some photographs which I provided.
I rang him and asked if he had received them as I hadn't heard.
He said that he would get on to it "that afternoon".
This was twenty five days ago! Never heard back from them again.
Take your plumbing dollars elsewhere.
