Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn

I can't speak highly enough of the whole team, from arranging the jobs to the boys doing the work, to the invoicing, all very very efficient. The team always keep me updated on any work I have asked them to attend too for my owners and always attend quickly.

I would recommend Laser Plumbing for two reasons:

1. My mum, who's in her 80s, had no problems contacting them and getting them to come out to fix a toilet. They also came out quickly within about an hour.

2. They did a great job fixing the toilet, and after invoicing me, it was really easy and quick to pay via their email link

Unfortunately our experience with Laser plumbing does not match the other reviews posted.

Laser plumbing (Grey Lynn) overcharged us for parts, were expensive and completed the work to a poor standard. We were also charged for a gas certificate that we are yet to receive.

We will not be using Laser plumbing again, and would caution others against using their services.

The Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn guys did some drainlaying for me, they were prompt, efficient, friendly, did a great job and cleaned up well. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

Used Laser today. The third time I've used them. They are prompt and always really nice guys who just get in and sort it. When plumbing goes wrong it's so immediate and I so appreciate that they turn up when they say they will. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Great service and immediate response in attending to a ruptured hot water tank preventing excessive damage to the house. Team was skilled and a pleasure to work with in gaining the best resolution.

Craig Bowie was extremely rude. Later discovered he was the Director of Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn. Abysmal customer service. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Plenty of other good plumbers in Auckland without the attitude.

After speaking to a Laser plumbing guy working in my neighbourhood, I rang Laser plumbing twice in two weeks asking for them to look at a job in my bathroom. No replies, no call back. Very poor.

I have used Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn for both standard and emergency plumbing maintanence, they arrive when promised, do a great job of the work and send the invoice through promptly.
