Had an Ajax valve that was buggered and sounded like a blender on steroids. Rung Laser Plumbing and got an appointment for someone to come and look at the problem the same day. They came sorted it out in no time at all. Super friendly people. Would recommend.

Called Laser plumbing after recommendation from the insurance company. Professional, friendly plumber turned up and took a look. Next part was not so good. Was contacted and the quote received, when I decided not to use them, was told there was $129 plus GST charge just to quote. At no time this was mentioned to me when I requested someone come out as they kept insisting on the phone. This was then Manager reduced to $89 plus GST. Such a rip off! If you want to pay for nothing then use them.

Leaky hot water cylinder. Plumber called to inspect cause of leak. Went to his depot, picked up a new cylinder, returned and installed. Demonstrated where the cylinder was leaking. Job finished
