Came to get mower repaired. Didn't hear anything for a week and after following up the mower was sorted the following week. I wasn't told about the $30 quote fee when I brough it in, but fortunately got it fixed so it was added to the total.
Otherwise they were friendly and helpful.

Bought a water blaster a couple of weeks ago here, the experience is fantastic, the staff and boss are very helpful and accommodating, rally nice people. Five stars service no doubt!

The service here is absolutely top notch. My automower needed a repair to the wheel and no only did they do a stellar job repairing it but they also completely cleaned my mower which was really dirty when I dropped it off. They stock all the Husqvarna brands here and I also noticed a really really cute range of mini toy Husqvarna products too so your kids can have one just like Dad. Soo cute!

My mower clipped a stump and the blade was jammed. I asked these guys if they could help out by taking off the blade and reattaching it as my allen key wasn't up to the task and they did the 3 minute job for free - thanks!

I get my mower serviced here now.

Not very professional for any staff from that branch to knock other brands or origin of make i.e. "we don't deal with cheap Chinese stuff. "; "they are rubbish. ". It's definitely left a sour impression of their genuine customer service. Have you forgotten where your clothes and shoes, or your home appliances come from.

After taking my lawn mower to other places these guys were the only one to finally fix it properly.they know what there doing.

We recently purchased a woodburner for our new home. We had never done this before, so approached what we thought was an expert in his field.
I had a specific plan/design in mind, so was careful to take a photo along of what I wanted. I showed it to the staff member who served us.
We also shared the plans of the house with him.
We also put him in touch with our builder.
We also asked him to do a site visit, which he couldn't do.
Long story short, when the woodburner had to be installed, we were told what we wanted couldn't be done. This led to further expense of a different type of burner, alterations to the area where it had to be installed, wasted money on a purpose built hearth, which is now mostly hidden from view. Delays.

Unless you want a very straight forward option, be very careful.

Once things became sticky, this man was unpleasant to deal with.

Our mistake. We expected that by going to the 'expert, ' we would get expert advice.

Bought a new Kent fire here. Prices to match Mitre Ten, but they also arrange installation of the fire and fireplace compliance. The new Kent fire is sooo much better than the old open fire, heats the whole house efficiently and we still have the enjoyment of a real flame. Totally recommended.

Poorest of Service, lack of follow-up to service enquiries. After 4 weeks of having to chase them for updates, and still with no repair effected, Steve's response: "Its a spa pool not a life support system"
