Food was incredible, a little on the pricey side for smaller portions, but really good

A review in one word - Fantastic!

After this, my first visit, I've already booked again.

I ordered beef ribs, lamb ribs and fried fish. Although the quantity is not large, the taste is good. Beef and mutton taste a bit sweet. The side dishes are basically starch-free, so I ordered koji fries, which I liked very much and the amount was sufficient.

We had a lovely lunch on Sunday food was great but my only comment would be it was very cold inside where we were sitting and no heaters going.

Fantastic bar and restaurant. A must try place.

We had a few cocktails and just an entree and main split between two which was plenty of food. All of the cocktails were delicious, especially the limoncello sour.

The spicy chicken pizza was amazing, the pizza dough was incredible and the whole thing had a fantastic smokiness from the oven.

I love Jimmies, but was just a tad disappointed by the Sunday menu which seemed mainly suited for Brunch not late lunch. What we did have though was delicious

Cool new place. I was there on a Monday night and it was surprisingly busy. Great atmosphere, some interesting and delicious food. Craft beers.

Four years later the the beers are still cold, the food still awesome (pizza's sooo good) and the team are top notch.

We had a lovely dinner here. The team looking after our group of 29 provided excellent service and amazing food. Thank you Little Jimmy for a special night. Also appreciate you taking into consideration the dietry requirements of some guests. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for another group booking.

Word on the street is all produce here is from New Zealand. The food is great, as is the service. There's customers here almost all day. A+ would feed here again.

Food was just ok. It lacked finesse. The lamb ribs were a bit too salty, the chicken schnitzel was too greasy and the pork belly skin was rubbery. Over all we weren’t impressed.

Had a beautiful dinner on Friday night, 1st time to Little Jimmy. We were seated upstairs which was quieter. Prompt service, friendly staff and delicious food. Would recommend

We'd been here several times and decided to have a significant birthday celebration. Food although good flavors, was small in portions. Moreso was let down on the service, in spite of having the event for a large group organized weeks ahead booked with a set menu. We were served some 40 minutes late without an apology; and when asked about the delay, the rudeness of the manager (or bar guy) on the night was intolerable, said "you'll get your food when it comes". Will have to reconsider going back.

The sharing plates are the tastiest in Auckland with great variety for everyone and good-sized portions. Friendly and competent staff. Always busy so best to book. We are very lucky to have this local diner.

What a great place to go for dinner! Myself and two friends visited Little Jimmy on Wednesday and it was busy but despite that the service from Alex and the rest of the staff was excellent. The food was packed full of flavour and we also enjoyed a few cocktails, which were good however I was a little unsure about the negroni coming in a premixed bottle (always better when made fresh at the bar). Will dine again!

Our local - we are regular. Love the food, great service. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Our favorites, the cauliflower curry starter, the curly fries, the fish and many more. All of the mains are fabulous each and every time - we have always had consistently excellent food. The wine matches are pretty good too and have a great selection of cocktails and gin. Well worth a visit any time. We are going to try to brunch service which has just started

Great place! First time there and we did the chefs choice menu which was awesome. Staff were attentive and friendly. My favourite course was the dessert, best cheesecake with kiwifruit sorbet Ive had in a very long while.

Really wonderful meal. A variety of vegetable dishes in addition to meat and seafood. Catered very well to coeliacs/gluten-free with both the waitress and manager double checking which was reassuring. Delicious gluten-free cheesecake. Well worth the drive from Auckland CBD.

Poor service by there Manager David no courtesy at all towards there Guests. I wonder if he is from hospitality industry or not. There owners should think about this as it’s my honest feedback.
