Nick and Nicola have been very amazing. Firstly, we had a tricky situation and our bank has basically declined to finance our next home. The team came up with a plan that I followed and once I provided the documents, they simply picked it up from there. They are very responsive and nothing is too difficult. Believe me, this is very important as I've dealt with another broker that avoided my calls and emails on the day we needed the decision from the bank. Long story short, they were able to get approval from the very same bank that declined my application. We're now in our new home and massive thanks to Nick and Nicola.
